“Powerlifting wise is good, came here when I won a competition. definitely not a bodybuilders gym. but only open for 5 hours? Why would I spend 120$ month to go a gym that’s closed most of the day and closed on Sunday? 24 hour fitness is 100% the better option for your money and overall equipment.”
“I have been going here for about a year. It’s an intimate setting and instructors are super helpful and encouraging. You also start to bond with fellow work out friends that you see weekly. I have also gotten a lot stronger and looking more toned. Love coming here.”
“I’ve been training with Eric at ATP Fitness since shortly after my stroke, and I can confidently say he has been a life-changing part of my recovery. His knowledge, patience, and thoughtful approach have helped me make incredible progress, not just in regaining strength, but also in rebuilding balance, confidence, and overall well‑being. I’m now in better shape than I ever have been Eric is training me for a Hyrox Race!
What I appreciate most is how intentional and encouraging Eric is. He challenges me without ever pushing me beyond what’s safe, so that every session feels productive and supportive.
Eric also trains my mom, who had never worked out in a gym before. He created a welcoming, comfortable environment for her, tailoring each session to her needs and helping her feel capable and empowered. Watching her grow stronger has been such a gift.
If you’re looking for a trainer who is genuinely invested in your progress, whether you’re recovering from an injury, building strength, or starting from scratch, Eric is the person you want in your corner. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”
