F45 is awesome! Not only do you get a great workout, but all the staff are so knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging, and friendly. I felt welcomed into their community and a part of the community immediately with the way the classes are structured. You are partnered with at least one or two different partners each class so you get to know a lot of other people, which is just so different from any other gym I’ve belonged to. It’s been very refreshing, and I love going to work out there. If you haven’t joined yet, try it out, and you will love it too.

Absolutely in love with this F45! The coaches are awesome and so are the fellow members. Special shout-out to Deepesh who is the owner who keeps us engaged with fun stuff, social activities and by joining us every now and then in a class! Highly recommend trying it out 👌👌
