Tina is a mind body and spirit whisperer! I started training with Tina to get my body strength back after an illness. Which I have, but I realized very quickly, thanks to Tina's expertise, that I needed to retrain my thoughts also. Tina gave me the moves and awareness to let my entire mind, body, soul, and spirit to recover and move forward with success.

Working with Tina, I've built strength, flexibility and balance beyond what I ever thought was possible. Before we started, I wouldn't go near a Reformer or weights - and now, I'm truly confident with them. She has a perfect mix of encouragement, expertise, and humor, pushing me beyond what I think I can do in the best way.
During our first year of training together, I was experiencing mysterious hip pain in my daily life. I worked with Tina for 2+ consecutive years. After discovering her studio during a challenging time of growth in my personal and professional life. I had lost my interest and drive to exercise and was looking to find a new way. I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed, except that I wanted to start moving my body and felt like one on one support would help me get out of a long ongoing funk.
