She takes the time to explain the entire process and ensures you're comfortable every step of the way. If you haven't tried sugar waxing yet, you're in for a treat. Compared to regular waxing, sugar waxing is less painful, and I've noticed that my hair grows back less frequently with each session. Charlene's prices are very reasonable, place is extremely clean and her customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend her--you won't regret it!

They definitely keep up with the trends and have a wide variety of skills. I got a structured gel manicure and a pedicure and they were both wonderful. They took their time and checked in with me often about my comfort. I will definitely be making this place my new regular spot.

I love this place. The owner is super professional. I had my Brazilian wax here a couple of times, and I was comfortable. I didn't feel ashamed at all. She is my go to for my waxes now. Plus it doesn't hurt as much when she does my waxes.
We need to change out the 30+ year old refrigeration unit in the wine cellar which is mounted on the ceiling. David is the owner and he is very knowledgeable. He is kind, pleasant and extremely good in responding to me both by text or phone. His crew was outstanding. They wore masks and booties every time and were very polite and nice. They know what they are doing and did not make any mess. I would highly recommend this awesome company to anyone. If they can replace a refrigeration unit on the ceiling, they can do anything!

Elsa knew exactly what I wanted and helped and still helping me through the process. She’s sweet and listens to what I want and does exactly what’s right for me and my hair. Just like the other reviewer here, I also wanted to wait a week before leaving a Yelp review for Angelica. I also wanted to wait a week to see if the "magic" would go away lol. I went to Angelica because a previous hairstylist did a balayage on my hair that wasn't to my liking. It was very unblended and there was an obvious demarcation line, and my hair got brassy after just one wash. I waited two months before getting my hair bleached again. Angelica is a really sweet person (both online and in person) and she was explaining to me what she was doing throughout my appointment and would ask me what I wanted. I showed her a few inspiration photos and she actually did a better job than the photos that I showed her! She was able to lift my hair to a very blonde lift, and was able to tone to the ash blonde tone that I wanted. I was nervous about my hair getting brassy because the last time I got my hair done, it got brassy after one or two washes. It's been a little over a week and I've washed my hair twice (without using the blue shampoo, just used a color safe shampoo), and no brass! I'm so happy with my hair and I've gotten so many compliments on it. Thank you, Angelica!

Took our kids to Mike yesterday for their first ever haircuts. They're 5 and almost 2.5 and I wanted to be sure they (and we) had a good experience. I didn't want to take them to a place that sure might not be a big financial commitment, but they'd be rushing. I've been researching barbers for months and Mike was booked up, but I called him anyways in hopes he'd have time and thank God, he did! My husband and I have both had a lot of disappointing hair appts and I really wanted to be sure our sons associate haircuts with a good experience. Mike was very patient, personable and professional. He took his time to ask what we wanted, explained the process and made sure our kids felt safe and comfortable. Also, their hair looks soooooooo good. So good! They just need a tiny bit of product and they're good to go! We will definitely return to Mike, because if it's not broken, don't fix it.

West fadez may have a small location but it's big in every other way. Franco is skilled, respectful, and very welcoming. He makes you feel right at home and it's a shop where you get a one-on-one. This is my first time coming to this salon and they did an amazing job and offer even better customer service! I was a walk in and got serviced quickly on a Friday evening. Lisa and Sam are detail oriented so my pedi and gel x were perfection. Unfortunately I messed my toes up when I got home and they were closed.
I came back the next morning and the got me sat and fixed up right away with NO CHARGE! I even tried to leave a tip but they refused to take it.
I will definitely be coming back as long as I am in Corona

Called and made a reservation for the same day in a couple hrs. Couldn't get the person I wanted but the person I got was fine. I got a regular mani and pedi, nothing fancy. My lady was great overall. Nails were alright, could be better... she kinda just chose my shape for me without asking me so I kinda just went with it. Pedicure still rocking strong a month later.

Yesterday, I went for the second time. When I went there the first time I came out extremely happy with the service I got and the end result. Therefore, I decided to go in again. I was first taken care of by Diane. Not only did she cut me removing the cuticle from my finger but when I asked her if she had cut me she replied "no". I then told her that my finger was stinging and then had started to bleed. It was a minor cut and her way of deeling with it was applying something that felt like a glue to stop it bleeding. I then asked her what she had put on it as I am a highly allergic person and was concerned of an allergic reaction. She didn't seem all that concerned. Then she proceeded to tell me that I don't have alot of skin around my nail so I should just ask for a polish. Mind you, this is the first time she has had me as a customer and all of a sudden she knows everything about my cuticles. I replied that no one had ever said that to me before. She seemed to be irritated because I was communicating all these things to her. She continued to work, not stopping to address my concerns and then smeared lotion all of my blouse sleeve that was already rolled up to my elbow. Didn't even phase her. When I aked her for the owner's name, she said she didn't know it. That was when I aked for someone else. I was done but she continued to say that I would have to wait and that if I kept complaining that I would have to leave. I noticed all the nice reveiws she has about professionalism, skill and courtesy but that was not my experience.Services: Manicure

I am going out of town this weekend and desperately needed my toes done but haven’t had a chance to make it in because of work. I got off early tonight around 7 and saw they were open till 8. When I got there it was empty and the woman said they were actually done for the night. (Totally understandable, considering no one else was in there) I got back in my car to check and see if anywhere else was open and a second later she knocked on my window and asked if it was an emergency or if I could come back tomorrow. I told her I was going out of town but not to worry. However she insisted she would do them for me tonight. I was already beyond thankful but the service she then provided was absolutely incredible. Genuinely some of the best service I’ve had anywhere! She offered me water, snacks, fruit etc. and was just truly so kind. I will definitely be making it my new go to spot!

Did a walk in with 2 of my kids, was taken in a few minutes by Jay. My son got a comb over hair cut, Jay made some suggestions which we agreed to and loved the turn around my son finally has someone who he can trust to get his haircuts from now on, Jay is super friendly and explained with such kindness to my son how to comb his hair.
Then for my teenage daughter who had long hair but wanted a new look (short hair) she showed him the haircut she wanted and she was super nervous of it not turning out the way she wanted. I've been getting my lashes done for almost 8 years and I've had some good lash techs and some pretty awful ones. Then I stumbled across Chey when she worked for someone else at another salon about 5 years ago. I WILL GO WHEREVER SHE GOES! Chey is the best on the planet. I look forward to my appointments because I know I'm never dissapointed and it's best nap time! Shes super gentle and provides an ambiance in her studio that is perfect for relaxation. This girl has to put up with my snoring and my sometimes annoying appointment changes and mishaps, yet never fails to provide the best customer service and safe space to knock out and wake up feeling and looking fabulous! IF I can't get in and I'm desperate for a fill...I have gone to an alternate studio reluctantly, and it never fails that I am never satisfied elsewhere. ..I have learned (somewhat) to be more mindful of making my appointments with Chey more timely now. Kinda hesitant to leave a good review because I don't want my appointments to get limited! Seriously though, if you're looking for quality service and awesome lashes every single time...Chey is your girl!

Alicia has provided me chemical peels and microdermabrasion for over a decade. She has extensive knowledge about the different skin types. She knows what will and will not work for you. I normally get the Jessner Peel which works great. By her advice I tried the Perfect Derma Peel and my face is glowing.
If you want an expert on your skin then you must go to Alicia!!!

I got to the office a little early and they took me to my room early. I waited in the room maybe 5 min before the Dr. Came in. She took a couple biopsies and froze a few things. Easy in and out in 20 to 30 min. Great nurse too.
When I first started coming to Marisa I was hesitant from other bad experiences from past waxers. From my very first appointment and to still now, every single appointment has been amazing. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is so educated on her craft as well. After every appointment with her, my hair grows back slower and never any issues. She maintains an extremely clean and sanitized studio and that is always her main priority. I recommend her to anyone that I know is looking for a waxer or has had a bad experience with one in the past because she is simply the best!

If there were a 10 star rating, I would give it a 10/5! I have absolutely no regrets about coming here and having Krystal perform my first sugaring. She is considerably superior to all wax artists I've ever encountered, even those from EWC. She was fantastic and really consoling. Her work was also fantastic. She carefully removed every hair, and after sugaring, she also tweezed out my ingrown hairs. She is definitely someone I will refer to all of my girlfriends. I love this place! Alex gave me a 60 minute deep tissue massage and transformed my back. They were SO insanely strong and made sure to knead out all of my knots and tense areas. They were also a great conversationalist, and offered me drinks which was amazing. The spa itself is beautiful, there's calming music playing, and the rooms are very clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend coming here for all of your services!

WOW! Anne's Curves is a hidden gem in Corona. Anne did my massage: she is meticulous and very skilled. For context: I have suffered from severe bloating and water retention due to high cortisol levels and hypothyroidism for the last few years. So after hearing great things about her clinic, I booked a body lymphatic massage and a lymphatic facial with Anne this morning and two hours later we're done and I am THRILLED with my results. Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the most snatched of them all? ME! Thank you Anne, I can't stop looking in the mirror!
Anne's lymphatic massage super snatched my stomach and waist, she left me looking sleek and my abs are so defined now. She uses a combination of manual massage and gua sha tools, and is very thorough and detail oriented, she made sure she got every little crevice of my abdomen and also worked all of my lymph nodes. My arms and legs are also slimmer and more defined, and TMI warning but I could tell this was manually removing the retained fluid because although I went pee right before my appointment toward the end of my body massage I could feel an extreme urge to go again, it was my body flushing out all the retained water! Crazy!
For the facial, she also is super detail oriented and very gentle. She first double cleansed my face, then did a full lymphatic drainage massage including a very effective buccal fat massage (done with gloves). It was incredible, it felt like my sinuses were unclogging but Anne explained that it's the retained lymphatic fluid being released — I had no idea how much of my "sinus pressure" that regularly gave me minor headaches was actually lymphatic! First time here and I loved it . I lived in Corona for 10 yrs but like every woman always scared to change your eyebrow girl . I recently changed jobs and it's hard to find a salon that is open till 7 near work or by job . I found this place while shopping at smart and final . I read the reviews and needed my eyebrow so bad that I gave it a try . I love the smell ,the cleanliness of this place and it looks so modern . The receptionists was so friendly and gave me a lot of information of all the services they offer . She was very welcoming. She even gave me coupons for my next visit .. I went in for my eyebrows and I google the reviews and I was kind of scared I would get bad tech since they had mixed reviews . But I asked for RENU who is all over Yelp as the best . She did an amazing job. She was fast but did not injure me . I hate when they are fast and cut you , or when are slow and do a bad job or shape .She did an amazing shape and a great job. RENU is your girl to get nice eyebrows and upper lip . I'm going to try the hair scalp and see how it goes and update my review .

10/10 Customer service- I haven't even been able to get into my service yet (due to my own personal circumstances); but I will say that with scheduling at first - and then being able to reschedule - the owner has been incredibly gracious and understanding and honestly really great customer service. I really appreciate great customer service and I think it's rare these days - their vibe is trying to help the clients feel supported and understood - and that's exactly how I felt and I can't wait for my appointment in the future!

Just stopped in to get jewelry removed due to the piercing causing me issues. JC did a great job and very professional. He also gave some suggestions regarding the placement which was nice. Would highly recommend coming in for any piercings
Really enjoyed my color analysis with Angie! My friend and I went together and it was so fun. She expertly explained Eastern and Western color analysis to start. Eastern is supposed to be much more nuanced and precise, which is what Angie does. Then we went into the actual color analysis, but it was so much more than I expected. She also went through what patterns are best, hair color and cut, best types of glasses frames, best necklines, best jewelry tones (gold versus rose gold versus silver etc.), and what type of makeup suits your features. It was so enlightening! She walked each of us through our palettes, other seasons that we could borrow from and our "worst" colors too. I am muted autumn (soft spring) and my friend is a soft spring. She emphasized that you can wear whatever you want, but when you want to look your best, this is what you can do. Angie is honest but kind and did a fabulous job. We had so much fun!
I was looking for a tattoo artist to do a cover up so I checked out a few shops in my area. I decided to schedule an appt with Marcos because of his great customer service when I first walked in. He did an amazing job and I was extremely satisfied with my tattoo and service. Marcos was friendly and very professional. His apprentice was also very friendly, she checked on me a few times to ensure I was comfortable. Great experience!!

Called them to replace our bathroom faucet. They came earlier than the appointment time due to a cancellation. They did a good job. Left the work area clean. Price was reasonable. I will hire them again if I need plumbing work.

Very satisfied with the customer service and our technician! I spoke to Heather and she was extremely helpful with getting a tech out to repair our air conditioner asap. I was so grateful how quickly our tech Tim showed up and how helpful and knowledgeable he was. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it much quicker than we anticipated and went above and beyond by helping us fix some other minor issues as well, so now our A/C is working even better than before!
