My last appointment with Dr John Chau was great. I was there for a cleaning, and it was time for x-rays. I recently started using a tool called a sulcabrush, and I am getting great results. I normally have a lot of bleeding during my cleaning, and this time is was minimal, plus there was less placque. My new routine is paying off. My next appointment was extended to 6 months, rather than my normal 4. Dr John and Arely, his assistant, are always friendly, and interested in my adventures, and well being.
Dr. Chau is thorough, friendly, courteous and professional. He personally follows up after surgical procedures. When I do not feel well, he immediately makes time to see me. I am a senior and it takes a lot for me to trust Dentists as I have been misdiagnosed before but Dr. Chau is trustworthy. I highly recomend him. Arely is sweet, knowledgeable and attentive. She is a great staff member for Dr. Chau's team.
