Alphonso worked all day, made two trips buying parts, several calls to his super to attempt the remedy and have it done correctly, which they covered under the warranty, though at the end of the day it was a Moen issue noone could foresee, (which Moen honored). They made that diagnostic call as well. It’s a good feeling to know you’ll be treated with kindness as well as have quality, reliable work done in your home. Alphonso was a gem! Respectful and did what he said he would do! Quality company! Call them for excellent service.”
