Another Heating and Air Conditioning Company had checked out my system (my furnace and A/C are about 5 years old) and told me that the ducting (which is about 25 years old) is inefficient, deteriorating, leaking, and blowing contaminants into my home, and he gave me a quote of over $14,000 to put in all new ducting. I had Matrix send one of their techs to my home in Temecula, he came the next day, and he spent over an hour checking out my whole system, doing testing, and crawling around my attic looking at everything. I highly recommend Matrix services, I am totally happy with their work and especially the superior customer service they provided. They scheduled a tech on-site within 4 hours and the tech arrived as promised. Most awesome was the way they stand behind their work. They came out to help me after someone else left me with a mess and did a great job onsite. When it looked like I might still be having a problem, even though it was because of the vendor before them, they assured me they would help me solve my problem and not to worry. I really don't see how anyone could ask for better customer service and support than that.
