If there were a 10 star rating, I would give it a 10/5! I have absolutely no regrets about coming here and having Krystal perform my first sugaring. She is considerably superior to all wax artists I've ever encountered, even those from EWC. She was fantastic and really consoling. Her work was also fantastic. She carefully removed every hair, and after sugaring, she also tweezed out my ingrown hairs. She is definitely someone I will refer to all of my girlfriends. I'm disappointed because I attend school in Washington, DC, and I doubt I could meet someone similar :( Try it out and aid her wonderful enterprise. Count on me X

Krystal is AMAZING!!! I have been with her for years! Following her from her old place and I will follow her wherever! If you're like me, scared of pain or scared to get wax, she is the perfect person for you. Her technique is beyond comparison and her professionalism makes you feel very comfortable! She makes sure that you are not in pain. She does a fantastic job. It takes forever to grow back and she is very flexible with scheduling. I get the Brazilian wax and my armpits waxed.

I had never been waxed or sugared before so I was super nervous to do it, but I am so happy I decided to go with Krystal! She is wonderful at what she does! She makes you feel so comfortable and is very knowledgeable/informative with her services. The room was also very clean and tidy which all customers appreciate! Because of how great my experience with her service was, I plan to be consistent with going to her. I left my appointment very happy with the results! I highly recommend to everyone.
