Called for service in Spring and needed to make a second call in summer for a related issue. Very easy to schedule service and they responded immediately. Alphonso worked all day, made two trips buying parts, several calls to his super to attempt the remedy and have it done correctly, which they covered under the warranty, though at the end of the day it was a Moen issue noone could foresee, (which Moen honored).
