They go out of their way to help people. They are unable to provide the service if you aren't there. They can't help you if you didn't communicate the issue with them.**Credit Card information is taken on new customers so when new customers don't show up or do not attempt to call and cancel, the therapist gets paid for the time. (Otherwise, when someone no shows and doesn't call to cancel, that is lost revenue for them and a lost opportunity for a reliable customer to benefit from the appointment.)**Nothing about charging you for your missed appointment is unusual. “Great staff! First visit was the first time since before I hurt my hip that I truly felt like my pain and tenseness went away. It was like I could go through my day as close to normal as possible again. Doctor is super friendly and has great advice for patients about how to help you after your session and for your specific pain. The advice given for my plantar fasciitis has been a life saver and has relief a lot of tension and has been making walking less painful the more I do as advised. That alone has been a amazing experience after years of back, leg, and foot pain. As well as the months of hip and knee pain. Plus most of the tense areas in my shoulders, neck and back. ne happier person! :)“

“Had my first ever lymphatic massage here, and it was a very pleasant experience. (First you need to know that you don't have to have a surgery to enjoy many services Lotus has to offer).I've had swedish & deep tissue massages before, so I was very curious how a lymphatic massage would be different, but wanted to try it since I've been dealing with too much stress lately.Janet was very sweet & knowledgeable about her long time career. She uses Colombian techniques which include a combination of wooden tools (does NOT hurt, but help to break down the tight fascia); her hands (like most massage therapists do); and plenty of oil (some places skimp on this these days).It was a great massage! It never felt rushed. She answered all my questions, and was very caring and kind. I appreciated how she does not skip over massaging the hands and feet, as I have experienced with some other massage studios - that I have NOT returned to.Janet's Colombian lymphatic massage was a great experience that gave me the first full night's sleep I have had in months. “I contacted Anne via text and she responded so quickly. The dr I went to said I could do my own massages at home but I wanted the best results possible so I began to look for someone in the area. I got cheek & chin lipo with an incision back in October and I'm glad I was able to find someone close to me for the lymphatic massages. At first I was so scared to get the lymphatic massage bc ppl say it's painful but somehow Anne's skills were exceptional that instead of feeling extreme pain I felt relief to the point that I could fall asleep on the table lol I am also glad that I did go with Anne because she made sure I that I got no fibrosis because I know had I not booked my massages with her my results would have no been the same.I booked 5 sessions with Anne and all those times I received nothing but professionalism from Anne and her team. Being able to contact her via text was easy as she is very responsive, accommodating and she also reassured me anytime I would freak out about something.
