From the minute I placed the phone call to sacred Hearts I felt comfortable. Cheyenne was super helpful making sure I got an appointment that worked for me and my Ralo. They contact you ahead of time as a reminder. We ended up having to be a little late due to traffic and they welcomed us like we showed up on time. Everyone from the Dr to the receptionists were so sweet and very professional. The lobby/waiting area is very, very nice and clean. They even have a board where they put all the animal's names which was a cute touch. The whole place was very welcoming and I couldn't be more happy with care we were provided. Recently rescued my pup Zoey and was in search of a vet who had positive reviews and had a nice welcoming environment / staff. I found Sacred Hearts Vet Hospital! Zoey wasn't nervous with Dr. Owen! Dr. Owen examined Zoey and recommended blood work to ensure Zoey's health improved since she was recently on meds for digestive issues. Very happy with services received at SHVH!

Dr Owen's and her staff are amazing!! I have 5 babies who all have different personalities and they all cater to each and everyone of them. She makes them comfortable and waits for them to calm down so they aren't frightened when she sees them. She also gets down to their level and is so patient and kind to them. I love how she explains everything to me in detail. My babies are my life and I trust Dr Owen's and her staff with them ?. I wish there were more veterinarian doctors like her.
