Freddy, the technician, was fantastic. He was available to answer all of my questions before, during, and even after the installation. I had plenty of questions along the way, and he was always patient, knowledgeable, and willing to explain things without making me feel like I was bothering him. During the installation, his team was respectful of my home and vacuumed all the dust that was unintentionally created during the installation.

Katie, the office manager, was also a huge part of why the experience was so positive. She helped us throughout the entire process and kept everything moving smoothly. What I appreciated most was that she never made us feel pressured or like we were dealing with a typical “salesperson.” She was genuinely helpful, informative, and focused on making sure we understood our options and were comfortable with our decision.

The end result was a huge improvement in our AC system. The outside compressor was much more quiet, the upgrade in duct work dispersed the cold air much more enjoyable in our home, and the new touchpad thermostat with integrated app is super easy to use.

The whole experience felt professional, transparent, and personal. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines high-end products, fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and genuinely good customer service.
