It's only $13 a month per hvac unit.Tyler did a great job with maintaining my two furnnaces. He explained what/how he serviced the furnaces and took before/after pictures of each units.This type of service transparency is what I look for in every business. Happy Holidays to you and everone in the F&F family!July 2021:1st impressions are the biggest impressions and I must say, I AM IMPRESSED!Could've went with other companies but with F&F, they go ABOVE & BEYOND, they really DO TREAT YOU like their own!My AC broke 4th of July (face palm). That night, I was able to go to Yelp and found them on the TOP of the list. Luckily, they serviced our 909 area. Was not expecting them to call back for days but they called the following day (mind you it was an Observed Holiday, Monday), and received confirmation for a Tuesday appointment.A few things I look at for Services are the following:- WHAT they are here for- WHAT they will do- WHAT you need/will anticipate- WHY they need to do what they will do (rationale)- HOW they're going to do it- WHERE they need to be in your property (very important for privacy)Friends & Family did EXACTLY the above (2 Thumbs UP!) and they installed 2 days after the initial visit. “Five Stars - Especially in Customer Service and Making the Consumer a PriorityWe reached out to Mark and his company on the weekend when our 'big box' company "couldn't fit us in" until Monday. At that point, we had been without heat for 3 nights. Our home was 50 degrees and the thermostat was dropping on the cold nights. Our unit is brand new, installed in July, and within warranty, but the 'big box company' we purchased from couldn't make us a priority or fit us in. This is also our fifth call to them at this point. We decided we needed to look elsewhere.We called Mark at All Air. Mark responded right away. He was at our house - on the weekend, mind you - within an hour and without question. He serviced our unit successfully and we had heat! He was responsive, informative, educated us on the issues at hand, and stuck around for several hours to make sure his fix held.We would highly recommend All Air to anyone who is looking for a mom-n-pop shop who cares and is qualified. “Our furnace decided to die on us. We called various HVAC companies and most of them had insane prices. We called Morris to come quote us on a new unit and the price was more reasonable. Also, gave us a rebate and saved even more. Got our furnace running the next day and so far everything is good. Will do business again!“

“I was having cooling problems with the refrigerator side of my GE GSL25 17 yr old refrigerator and thought I needed to purchase a new temp sensor which they had in stock. Barbara took the time to talk to me about the issues and she pointed out the importance of cleaning the lint/dirt from the coils next to the compressor. I admitted I never had and took her advice to first try cleaning them. I removed the front cross bar and vacuumed from the bottom front and then removed the fiber cover on the lower rear. After thoroughly vacuuming the coils, the freezer and refrigerator both function just like new! THANK YOU BARBARA! you saved me $$$ now and earned all of my future business for appliance parts!“
