“Daniel was really great! He helped me get my Ac up and running. Was definitely friendly, professional and knew exactly what was wrong with my AC unit. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past so to get someone who explains the job thoroughly and understands the customers needs is exceptional. Will definitely recommend.”
“Technician Bernie came and checked our A/C which had been working sporadically the last few days during a heat wave. He checked the system and determined the capacitor was at fault. He fixed it quickly and was on his way. All interactions were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.”
“We had a completely new HVAC system installation! They called to ensure we knew they were arriving-the time was 8-9 and they called at 7:30am and arrived at 8:40. They prepped the space and began setting up everything. Then they surprised us with 4 additional vents installed at no additional cost! Everything was checked and rechecked multiple times. Excellent communication and service. They went above and beyond! Thank you, Airplus!!”
