“Tony Doumani, owner of Sunset Outdoor Creations deserves more than 5 stars in my book! After making the decision to create an outdoor haven we began interviewing pool designers and contractors to help us to bring our vision to fruition. We are more than thankful that we chose Tony. Tony is "top of the heap". He is a person of excellent character who holds a high moral standard. He is kind, patient, talented, and truly passionate about what he does. It is so clear that this is not just a career for Tony, but his charge in life. Tony was able to infuse our ideas with his creativity and knowledge of his craft to create a beautiful pool, spa and California Room that is encompassed with an incredible landscaped backdrop. My husband is also very creative and well versed in all aspects of construction. We have found in our journey that many contractors would shy away from us, but not Tony! He was never afraid to explore something new and was always patient and available when we needed to make a revision or troubleshoot. He is still available to us as we learn to utilize all of the features and make our final decisions even though his portion of the job is done. Very often, I hear my husband on the phone, and I will ask, who were you talking to. His reply, I was talking to "T":) In taking on the challenge of renovation as a new resident to the state, we found many unreliable people along the way, but not Tony. He is definitely the person that you want to hire. His son is also in the business and I can only imagine that the apple does not fall far from the tree.“

“I needed to get our 2 story house painted as the house had not been painted in 18 years. After numerous bids, I met with New Shades Painting Owner Steve, and decided to go with him. My husband's birthday was 6 weeks away and I really needed to have the house painted before the party. I was indecisive on the paint color. Steve provided numerous samples for the body and trim. He really worked with me and was so patient! We decided on the color and we scheduled it. He was going to be out of town and he said his crew supervisor Martin would be on site to ensure the job was completed. I was in good hands.Steve power washed the house prior to the painting and it looked so much better. On the morning of the job, Martin and crew arrived on time. The crew was so polite and efficient. Everyone had a job to do and they worked really fast. The covered the windows and bushes, then scraped, patched and painted the house, fascia, garage door and pop out trim around the windows. Once done, when we were inspecting the work, we saw that the crew had painted the little work shed we had on the side of the house to match the house! Martin even painted a small gate next to it as he said it finished the new look and these were birthday presents to us. We were blown away. That was so considerate of them to do that!! Martin and his crew were amazing, love these guys!! Once they finished, they cleaned up their equipment and were gone. Again, so efficient. The house looked phenomenal AND it was done before the party!! What a huge difference!! We are so happy with New Shades Painting Company! Not everyone goes beyond what is needed, but New Shades sure did.This review is LONG overdue...my fault. BUT when a job is done right the company and crew needs to be acknowledged. Kudos to New Shades!“

“Listen up OK I'm not sure if this man is secretly an angel in disguise coming down and helping people who are in a very vulnerable place needing a reliable, informative person to help with their plans, but what ever he maybe is nothing short of an absolute godsend! When I found Chuck, I had just gotten completely screwed over by some men claiming to be architects. Six months had gone by and they had made zero progress and have been charging me an arm and a leg. Chuck got this done so quickly, just a matter of month or 2, keep in mind we were in the thick of a holiday season, and even with all that his timing was impeccable! He got all of the clearance taken care of and always available to answer any questions I had. I cannot go on about how amazing this guy is!!! I highly recommend him to anyone in need of business plans!!!“

“I have used west hills three times and am so grateful after they finish their work. We had two leaks in our roof and after they came to fix never again do we have leaks. The guys that come out are friendly and professional. Always on time and clean up after themselves. Take photos of before and after their work to show you what they did. Our last time we called them out to put a fence around our solar panels to keep the pigeons from nesting. So happy with their work.“

You step into the master bedroom and you just sigh so deeply due to it being just such a safe haven - bathroom is as zen as it can possibly be with an Amazonian tropical vibe all around -the guest bedroom …. “Our AC unit was not blowing out cold air. I called Fire n Ice and they were able to send out a technician the following day. The technician arrived when scheduled, walked me through his findings and I agreed to have them come back after the Memorial Day holiday to perform the repairs. The day of the repairs, the technicians again arrived as scheduled. They estimated it would take 6 hours fir the work and that is exactly how long it took them. I can't give enough praise to this company. They were true to their word and time commitments from top to bottom.“
