“I made an appointment easily, all staff were kind, professional, efficient. The eye exam was thorough. My glasses came in quickly and I was called to come pick them up ,this when things changed. Although they are good,I was handed my glasses over the counter without being seated to ensure they fit correctly and I was satisfied . It's as if once you bought the glasses customer service just wasn't important. They are a good office and I hope this was a one time situation and not typical. Reason for 4 stars only“

All I needed was to get my glasses fixed, and Camilla Vidal was the one who helped me! When I tell you, she was the kindest, sweetest, most informative person I could ever ask for. She had the answers to all of my questions, didn't make me wait at all, and my glasses are now as good as new!!
