“Ralf’s methodology was exactly what our Malinois, Leo, needed. The foundation of his training is building a strong relationship with the dog and using intrinsic motivation for positive reinforcement of good behaviors. For Leo, that was the ball and it was enlightening how strategic use of the ball could help him learn so quickly (and while having fun). My husband and I loved receiving weekly videos of Leo’s progress and they were also very helpful for learning Ralf’s techniques to use at home. When Leo needed correction, it was never excessive and always constructive towards mitigating undesirable behaviors. Ralf is incredibly knowledgeable and methodical in his work but he does it with heart; that made all of the difference for us. After Ralf’s board and train, Leo emerged a happier, calmer dog and we were better equipped to direct his high-strung nature in healthier ways. Thank you, Ralf!“

“From the minute I placed the phone call to sacred Hearts I felt comfortable. Cheyenne was super helpful making sure I got an appointment that worked for me and my Ralo. They contact you ahead of time as a reminder. We ended up having to be a little late due to traffic and they welcomed us like we showed up on time. Everyone from the Dr to the receptionists were so sweet and very professional. The lobby/waiting area is very, very nice and clean. They even have a board where they put all the animal's names which was a cute touch. The whole place was very welcoming and I couldn't be more happy with care we were provided. The staff stayed late just to make sure we had what we needed and everything was explained well and easy to understand. I would highly recommend visiting Sacred Hearts if you need some care for your babies . Shout-out to Dr. Gifford, Cheyenne, Kellie, Evelyn, Kathryn, Brandon, and Veronica!! You all are amazing and I can't wait to come back soon.“

“Amazing behavioral training and kind handling for dogs of all breeds. Our veey fearful Ridgeback was a changed boy after 6 weeks with Robert, and he continues to work with Robert whenever we go out of town for longer trips to work on further improvements and positive growth. We recommended Rober to two sets of other fiends who have sent their combined 5 dogs to Robert as well, all with great and positive outcomes (that all still need further work of course!). We can't recommend Robert highly enough.“
