“I don't get why so many of the 1 stars are so rough, like the one with an "accidental delivery of food" whose fault is that? Not the workers at Spectrum that's for sure. One talked about a nurse not putting the needle in easily, well sometimes they can't depending on YOUR body. If you have easy to find and access veins it's fine. As for the rest of the review, I doubt they'd charge you twice for a medical procedure so that's kinda sus. The person who talked about having to pay $5000 instead of $4000 sounded like maybe there was an issue with payment and there was probably some confusion. There was more than likely an issue with payment at first and they only received $3000 which they tried making clear to you and you thinking they're lying or something and that you payed in full thought they were trying to stiff you. I worked as an intern packing up the place, and there were no interactions out of the couple hundred I saw where they were doing something like was mentioned in these poor reviews. I'm fact I'd say there were a lot of files where the person or insurance didn't even pay Spectrum what was required, so Spectrum lost thousands to unpaid services. If anything I'd think they're trying to make sure you pay if they ever do have lawyers call you cause they don't want to lose anymore money.“
“Dr. Kim is great! I come in from time to time when I get back pain from sports injuries or muscle cramps that wont go away. I always get a same day appointment and his treatment always cures my pain. He uses a special technique that I have not seen with any other clinic to revitalize blood circulation in the affected muscle.“

That is by itself a unique attribute for a medical facility.My insurance information was taken care of, the visit didn't cost anything (nor the follow up), making & scheduling appointments was easy enough. The people were all pleasant to speak with. The problem I went in there for was promptly addressed, and they're open until 11pm!Overall a great experience and I will use them again in the future.“

“I had to go for some labs and Physical for school. Didn't have to wait long and the staff is SOOO friendly including the doctor. They went above and beyond for me and my requirements for school and didn't give me a hard time( my school is very picky). Recommend 10/10!“

On MOST of my appointments I wait almost a good 30 min if not more just to get seen . But other than that no issue . The staff has been great to me never rude beside one girl didn't get her name but other than that great place!“

“For me I'm not big going to the Doctor because of a BAD experience I had with a urgent Care I almost lost my thumb.I found Doctor Madi office though a family member. Let's be honest about 80% of Doctors in Riverside don't care about their patients. I could be wrong but this is my honest opinion.With Riverside Family Physicians you can get a same day appointment but you have to start calling at 8:30 if you want to talk or see your doctor and they are not there they asks if you would like talk to a different doctor. And they do everything they can to get you appointment I love there tela health when you can audio or video with your doctor also when the doctor sends a prescription to your pharmacy you will get a text saying it was sent.Give this office a chance things have changed“

They made me feel comfortable. I was extremely nervous at first due to having my first mammogram at age 35. I highly recommend this location for mammogram and ultrasounds.“
