The staff here are professional & friendly. I always check-in online for me and my son to get our monthly haircuts. It helps to do that, because you’ll have a spot in line. But if you walk in, you’ll be waiting a good minute or you might get lucky and customer cancel or is a no show.They are very considerate to the customers and making sure the customers are treated with respect. We are grateful for their services & social interactions.Great clips, this is where it’s at.

So the only reason for not giving 5 stars is not due to the stylist or the cut but due to the check in app I stopped using the app and go during hours they are not busy.The app will tell you that there is a 70 minute wait as it did when I got there but you can check it one minute then it will change to 90 minutes or it will suddenly change to 10 min. You can't plan around it and I'm not gonna sit out front for possibly an hour??I went in even though it said an hour wait as soon as I got there I got a seat, the app is kinda funky and needs some tweaking.

I have gone to Annie ( I think that's her name) and Elena. I have been there 3 times to get my hair fixed from bad cuts at some high end salons. I should have learned by now just to go there for cuts.
