Great experience!! Called One Stop Plumbers in for a second opinion. So glad I did!! First company came out and claimed I had a slab leak. They wanted to do a complete re-pipe of the entire house. Terence from One Stop came in, listened to what the issue was, and was able to fix the pinhole leak that was 6’ up the wall. Terence was personable and honest. He provided a great experience!! I’ll definitely use them again!!
Jason A was super friendly and explained everything before he even started. Told us pricing and walked us through the process as he was doing things. Would totally recommend. Hard to find an honest company and I felt that's exactly what I got reasonable pricing and honest.
Ricardo arrived to repair a shower. He was polite, professional, and immaculately dressed in his uniform. He greeted, me looked at the job and explained in great detail what needed to be done. He did an excellent job and cleaned up as if he never arrived. Great service.
