He did a cleaning along with a full drain inspection where we learned we have a pooling area, a root going through a pipe, a sleeve inside one of our pipes, and a drain access point. It was a little more expensive than the quick rooter places but it was so worth it. We originally called Rooter Man and they tried to convince us to pay $4000 to replace a pipe that Frankie found was unnecessary. I highly recommend Pro plumber and Frankie!“

“My tankless water started leaking and I went through the warranty process and Rinnai approved service provider locater to find a someone. The unit was under warranty and approved for replacement, but the estimate I got from the service provider (Nolasco Plumbing) was very high, much higher than I expected or was willing to pay. Through a recommendation, I contacted Infinity and from the get go, communication was great, rough order of magnitude costs were explained, and an appointment was set. The plumber showed up on time, was super professional and went out of his way to explain the work he would perform and approximate time, and had the work completed in no time.
