“Usually we can unclog a toilet ourselves, but today we were unsuccessful. We decided to try Circle City Plumbing and Rooter because they're local, and we are very happy we did.

My husband called the main number and told them our problem. He said he'd have someone out to us within an hour.

8 minutes later my husband got a text saying Josh would be our tech arriving soon.

Josh arrived 24 minutes after my husband's phone call with the company. We showed him the offending toilet, and also asked him to take care of a slow draining sink.

Both problems were fixed very quickly, and considering how quickly they handled our call, the price was reasonable.

Both Josh and the dispatcher were very friendly, professional and efficient. No mess in our house either. Josh was very careful and considerate in each room.
