Hello peeps!!! All right let's see who is in the chopping block todayyy!!! So today Monday wifey and I decided to do our eyebrows today. What better than to this amazing place at the mall called Namaste eyebrow art. Let's start off with how clean and nice this place is. We walked in and got immediately greeted by both lady's doing the eyebrows. We took a seat in there comfy couch and let me say if it was turned on I would have probably slept so thank god for tit not being turned on. So today both wifey and I decided to get them done. Not bad honestly plus tip we paid each $17 so yes not bad. The lady that did mine took her time and told me how to help her to get most of that stubborn hair out. So yes it was nice to have someone talk to me and inform me what they are doing before doing it. Wifey also had a few things to say about her person. "Mine was really kind and asked me what I wanted done in mine" obviously I told her please just a clean up nothing else. The lady that did her eyebrows took her time and also asked if she wanted aloe gel at the end to calm down the puffiness. We both said yes as this did help out. Now the moment of truth is this place Dendinger approved???? Ladies and gentlemen yessss!!! This place has earned the seal of approval from us we will definitely be back here every month to get our eyebrows fixed. Thank you for such amazing customer service!
Second time coming here for a GelX manicure and they did not disappoint!! First time around the owner of the shop, Kim, did my nails and lasted me for over 5 weeks before one of my extensions fell off. I came back to get a new set, and this time around I had a new nail tech, Tee (I believe that was her name?). She was actually able to keep my previous extensions on and filled them in for the new set, which saved us some time (and money!). The nail salon is so cute, clean, relaxing, and very spacious! Their pricing is extremely reasonable in my opinion, especially for the quality and how long the nails last. They also have a large assortment of different colors to choose from. Both Kim and Tee are so friendly and try their best to really make sure you leave the salon happy with your nails. So glad I not only found a nail salon in Concord that does GelX, but one that does a great job at it!
Justina helped me with choosing the right color for my highlights. This was my first time and was unsure of what would suit me. Needless to say I am very happy with the results! Rocio deserves all the great reviews she is getting. This is my second time booking with her for a hair color retouch and this time I added a hair cut. Always happy with the hair color and she was able to fix my hair from a previous bad haircut. I have very thick hair and in a length that is not easy to cut. She is very talented and very sweet. I highly recommend her.

Had the opportunity to choose between Sunrun or North Valley Solar. These guys were honest and straightforward. I had gone through the setup process x2 previously before finally trusting the process. North Valley did the job right and in just a few months was off grid. They built a system almost %20 larger than what Sunrun had setup and with the Tesla battery I’m fully charged before 11am. I recommend them to everyone I know looking to save on a PGE bill. Last year my May bill was already $700, by bill this month was $225. No more June-Aug bills of $900. Good local Christians looking to do business with ethical values these guys are the real deal. May God continue the good work He has begun in you!

I had waited too late to book with my normal barber for a wedding. I saw this barbershop had early availability and they absolutely delivered. Lalo was the one who cut my hair and he did a solid job. Gone here for 3 cuts and the last barber I saw was the goat, he really knows how to handle all types of hair, was super cooperative and had times open before anyone. The store is a little pricey (nothing that would break the bank ofc) but when you get exactly what you want I think it’d definitely worth it, will be coming back ?

Awesome barber. Super chill and clean atmosphere. Got a fresh cut and feel like a new person again. Got lots of compliments at work haha. I'll definitely be back. The parking lot in the back was full. I recommend just parking on the street. Cuz if you pull into the parking lot and it's full, you'll have to back out back into the street. There's no space to turn around. There's a door with a sign that says the barbershop is on the 2nd floor.

People do business and our feelings don’t dictate how they run a company or choose to provide a service. This is America and we have the right as customers to choose, and the business has a right to run it how they please. I’ve had positive experiences so far and if I ever have an issue I try to be a good citizen and understand that the reason I am there is because they have something I want. Approach life that way and you too will have excellent success.

I have been going to Puffin for dip manicure for almost 7 years now. Over the years I have tried other salons when living further away during graduate and medical school, but always ended up come back for the great quality and service. Even if that meant a 30+ minute drive and paying an extra bridge toll every few weeks because they are just that good.
Teresa arrived on time, was professional and a pleasure to talk to. I am going through a difficult time and had been unable to get to a salon in quite some time. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and address some concerns with my nails ( french manicure/pedicure). She did a great job. I will definitely have her return.

When moving to Concord 6 years ago I must have gone through a dozen nails salons to find one that would listen to my needs. I will ONLY go to Allstar because all the ladies are so good to me. I have some medical concerns and have certain requirements while getting my Pedicure done. They all know exactly what do. I always leave feeling happy to have found them !!
My mother and I had a great experience at the salon with two pedicures. The staff were very friendly and gentle with my elderly mom. The polish lasted. This is going to be our go to Salon going forward! A real gem!

I have been going to Mai (Dimension Nails owner) for 10 years now. And for 5 of those years I would come all the way from Sacramento just to have her do my nails . She’s that great . She knows what I like and what I don’t like . If you give her free range on the design she goes all out for you and her prices are reasonable. Her nail salon is always clean, organized and welcoming to come into . I highly recommend making an appointment in a timely matter for her because her shop does get busy with walks in and such. I wish people could be more understanding and patient with her at times when appointments may take just a bit more time than expected. Some things are completely out of her control . I am so happy to have moved back to the Bay Area , I live in Antioch and gladly make the drive to concord to see her for my monthly full set and pedicure .

I came here for a touch-up and haircut with Aileen and left feeling so pampered and happy! Aileen assisted me from shampooing, coloring, wash, haircut to blowdry. I love it because usually other salons will divide up the work and you only end up with the main stylists for a small portion of the work. I appreciate having her undivided attention. Carmen is an expert at her craft! I have seen her for microneedling, dermaplaning, VIPeel (chemical peel) and botox. The treatments she performs are medical grade and I also heal like a snake after intense skincare treatments. She prepared me with aftercare instructions for the best results and I felt comfortable contacting her if I had any questions. My results from Botox was natural soft result for my “bunny”, forehead lines and crows feet - no one can even tell that I had anything done ?
Her place is super cute and clean! Not to mention parking is a breeze.

Danielle has been an angel, I went to her about a year ago for lashes and I had came from a terrible experience from the lash lounge, where it was overcharged and super unprofessional. I found Lashed Out on Instagram and Danielle was super responsive and when I went to her studio 1) It was super clean and inviting 2) She listened to what style I wanted and did exactly that. I was hooked. Booking was never an issue for a fill which is always a plus. She's so sweet and I loved the way my lashes looked,length, retention all of it.She's super relatable which made my experience even better and that much more comfortable . Nate was AWESOME! Made me and my sister feel like family. Conversation, atmosphere, company was all amazing! I haven't had a tattoo in over 16 years and needed a cover up. I came in around 1pm and he said he could fit me in but it'd be around 8pm. He stayed until after 1am to finish my cover up. I had been to three other shops that day trying to get seen and no one but Nate would see me same day. I'm honestly glad he said yes, because I'm pretty sure he's my new tattoo guy. Jacky is amazing! @jacky_moreno_ I truly love her work and am beyond satisfied! This is the first actual professional piece that I've gotten done and you can really tell the difference. Her skill level is high for such a young artist. The quality of her work is just great, I am so happy. They often have flash specials for certain holidays and Friday the 13th. I have received tattoos from a couple different artists during these events, but my most recent artist @ceaztattoos was also amazing. His line work was great and his flash book has lots of nice pieces. I would definitely go back to him for some bigger work.
Amazing service & speed! Wow, this was my first time having to replace a water heater, and I have to say I was VERY impressed! First, I was referred by my sister which was already a good sign. I called at 9:30pm (when I discovered my WH broke) on a Friday night and spoke to a live person (Cyrus), who set me up with a cost estimate and a time window for the very next morning to have my unit replaced! As promised, a very nice tech (Wesley) called me in the morning to say he was on his way, and behold...I had a new water heater installed by 11:30am!! Wesley was incredibly efficient, and what I liked best was his pride and praise that he had for his company. He expressed that it was a great company to work for, they care about everyone, and they treat their employees very well. We had some old pipes leaking under our house and called Ed to take a look. Ed is exactly the kind of person you want working in your home. He immediately got under the house and sent me photos throughout the job (anyone who works under your house without sending you photos is a huge red flag , I learned from Ed). Ed even came back the next day to fix another leak under a different part of the house. His prices are not the cheapest, but doing the dirty work does not come cheap.

After calling numerous places to help us with connection to sewer and septic tank abandonment (which if you are going through this it is quite a stressful process), it was so refreshing to speak with someone who actually wants to help you. Julie, who answers the phone, is incredibly knowledgeable about anything septic or sewer. She explained the entire process throughly to us and gave us all the information we needed. This is my second review for Standard Plumbing, six years after the first one. In 2017 we bought ALL our bathroom and kitchen plumbing supplies, faucets, shower, shower pan, etc from Standard Plumbing. They have been very helpful. Over the years we have enjoyed the newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Six years later, one of the Grohe faucets started to have a very low water flow due to deposits.I went to the store to ask for assistance in buy a replacement part. One of the gentlemen working there, Johnny, has been very helpful. As soon as I provided him with copies of my 2017 purchases, he was able to track down the replacement part, reached out to Grohe and asked them to send us three replacement aerators for the three Grohe faucets. Not only did they send them, but the shipment was free of any charges, since the Grohe faucets have a true lifetime warranty.I really appreciate Johnny's help, so I thought that a nice note on Yelp would show potential customers that they will be in good hands with the Standard Plumbing team in Concord.We will certainly continue to use their services for any of our plumbing supplies needs.Thank you for your help and support, Johnny.

My 20 year old refrigerator broke down on a Saturday. I figured it was the compressor that failed and that repair wouldn't be done until the following week. We have been Peshon's customers for many years. They have cleaned our area rugs regularly over the past 15 years. Rugs they have cleaned include several Berber style carpets from Tunisia. These are potentially delicate carpets and they have always done them effectively without color bleed or loss. The Peshons folks come, roll up the carpets and take them away. A week or two later they bring them back looking great. I like the people and I like the service.

Stayed with EH Clean for 3 years and 2 apartments...the management is so nice and practices high quality customer service. Our dedicated team was also lovely to deal with. Only reason why not 5 stars is that after some time, the level of cleaning detail was not the most stellar, but if there was a 4.5 star option, I'd have picked that, because hey, they have a very full schedule and are probably expected to keep moving quick. The move-out cleaning was impeccable. Definitely recommend in the big picture!
One year ago we purchased Hevea flooring for a barn conversion at our farm. We like it very much! The rustic scraped real wood is an excellent match for this place. I am being manipulated by SW Contractors to delete my negative review OR ELSE they won't honor a discount which was promised to us, as compensation for the awful job they did.
Had a small (250 sq ft) kitchen and laundry room laminate floor replaced due to water damage with new LVT (luxury vinyl tile - looks like stone) through Costco. The bid was about the same as others we got but less when the Costco discounts were applied. The old laminate material (25 yrs) was made from wood so a large spill seeped into the seams and caused it to swell, lifting the edges. Other than that the old floor was still in great shape (too bad I had to replace it). The new material is waterproof so we won't have that problem again. The top layer has ground stone I was told so harder than the old material. They ran out of the product we wanted so we had to wait a month but it did come back in stocks. Salesperson was good (Zach) and installers were great (Hector & Pedro) - easy to work with, and did a quality job. It took 2 days since my small kitchen hand a lot of little nooks, which took extra time to fit the flooring. I had to do actual work disconnecting dishwasher and removing partitions between washer & dryer and Hector was good to work with. Hector has 7 years of experience so he has seen many problems and knows how to deal with them. He and his helper moved the appliances and some furniture carefully. They removed and replaced the baseboard carefully so I didn't have much touchup painting to do at all. The were even able to reuse the matching cabinet 1/4 round floor trim pieces. The jobsite was left clean. There can always be problems/issue/STRESS with remodeling of any kind and this one was a smooth transaction overall.

The job got off a bit roughly when they were late, but they called to explain that one of their electricians had called in sick and they were scrambling to cover all the scheduled jobs. They offered to reschedule me for the following morning or later that same day. I chose later that day and Derek showed up as promised and completed the job in half the time they originally estimated. Richard Davis was a professional, kind and very knowledgeable gentleman that provided excellent service.
After 20 years, we suddenly found traces of mice in our home. We decided that we needed a professional or else we'd probably be forever dealing with the problem. We did a search and came across Echobots. We saw good reviews: quick, honest and reasonable prices. So we called for a consultation. Josiah came quickly and, after looking around, gave us a rundown of what he observed and his proposed course of action which made a lot of sense. He also gave us a draft cost estimate which was quite reasonable. He did not pressure us. Instead, he told us that he'll have an estimate typed up for our consideration. Monica sent us the estimate within a day and we approved the work.
When Josiah arrived, he did a thorough inspection around our home, found and fixed the entry points. He showed us where they were and the repairs that he had done. He then set traps around the suspected areas of activities including our attic. He came back to check on us weekly and took care of new developments until there were no traces of activity (two weeks).
Josiah took care in explaining things to us and answering our questions. He and Monica were very pleasant to work with and provided very good communication on next steps so we knew what to expect.

I asked Oakland Hills Brush Clearing to come out to give an estimate on getting rid of a lot of poison oak encroaching near our house, and they recommended we have J Spray come out to spray the poison oak beforehand to reduce the risk for the workers (and reduce the overall cost).Dan came out and was helpful, honest, knowledgeable, realistic, and transparent. He was thorough and thoughtful! We definitely will ask J Spray to come out again in the future and we highly recommend them!!!

We recently had Steve and his team complete a major project at our house. We were replacing lawn areas in the front yard and backyard and extending an existing aggregate patio in the back. We also added a large 16' diameter circular brick patio and 6' diameter fire pit in the back. We replanted both the front and backyard with drought tolerant plants and had drip irrigation installed in both areas.
Steve's team, headed by Luis and Francisco, along with Jaime, Jose and Jesus, the mason, were amazing to work with! They arrived on time, worked throughout the day and cleaned up afterwards everyday! Iliana, Steve's office manager was also a joy to work with!
Whenever we had a change, Steve was always considerate of our thoughts and needs and quickly made the changes in conjunction with his team The level of respect that the entire team exhibited was so awesome! We loved seeing them all, everyday, and were actually a little sad when the job was completed.

Atlas cut down several large eucalyptus trees that the town had organized removal of. The crew was thorough, polite and attentive to minimize disruption to us. I thought 8 am might be a bit early for power tools and chipper noise in the neighborhood, but the crew was so quiet as they diligently trimmed with hand saws and pole trimmers.
It wasn’t until about 9:30 when the chipper was turned on to grind the limbs and clean up the yard—a very thoroughly clean up I might add.

My family had been with Dr Becker since 1993, and Dr Rachel took over the practice when he retired several years ago. He chose the absolute best person he could have- agreed by my whole family, now very much in different phases of our lives. As someone who is sometimes somewhat terrified of dental work, she and her team are that perfect combination of soothing, skilled, professional, and kind. Linda has been our hygienist all these years and we are so lucky to be in her hands- she has that gentle confidence and skill of having done this a long time. When she has not been there, the other hygienists have been fabulous too. A well-oiled machine. To be able to trust dental care is just tremendous. I can't thank them enough.

We've been going to Dr. Lee for years and he is truly the best dentist I've had! His office is always spotlessly clean and his staff is warm, welcoming, professional, and kind. My daughter and I get nothing but the best dental care and treatment at every appointment. His office is also located in an ideal spot so you can spend time hanging out in the area after your appointment. We found our dentist for life with Dr. Aaron Lee.
The pandemic and a change in health care plans led to my longest stretch without seeing a dentist (over four years). Also, the original dental clinic, which will go unmentioned, selected by my new insurance, based on its Yelp! (and Google) reviews made it unappealing, not to mention other local offices within my plan. Fortunately, being allowed options, eventually that led me to Willow Pass Dental Care, and while overdue, was worth the wait. My initial experience went well and stress-free, from my first call to the office, when an appointment was available the very next morning, to the reception desk to fill out the obligatory forms, continuing smoothly with Gina, the hygienist who took several X-rays then went right into the cleaning, even explaining some of the instruments she'd use. I was then introduced to Dr. Khan, after his examination, explained the need for a partial crown procedure and attended to a soreness I'd been experiencing. Was then led to a small conference room for privacy purposes to discuss the next appointments with one of the receptionists, who printed out an itemized cost. Returned the following week for the partial crown and everything continued to go well there. Was never rushed, even asked by Dr. Khan's assistance if I needed water (they provide a small bottled one) and Dr. Khan, himself, if I ever needed a break and what to expect after the procedure. A proper tone of professionalism, caring and calm is set from the moment you step in (there's no "upsell" of unnecessary "premium" treatments). Hope to stay with them for a long while and will be back in 6 months (received a follow-up call the next day to ask how I was doing, too, though sorry I missed it. So far, all's good!).

I've been enjoying my visits with Gloria and Align and Balance Chiropractic. I'm pregnant and I had severe hip pain starting around the middle of my second trimester where I could barely walk. I found her through my insurance, read other great reviews, and saw she was able to work with pregnant women so I decided to give this place a shot. Gloria's adjustments are gentle and effective and my hip pain is relatively gone! I'm in my third trimester now so having normal lower back pain since the baby is growing at a much faster rate. Gloria's weekly adjustments have been life saver where I'm not in an incredible amount of pain and able to keep up with my daily life. Cannot recommend Gloria enough! Additionally, her staff is so kind and makes scheduling appointments so easy. I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment to my availability. They are also good with following up on anything. The office is on the street side of Diamond blvd, corner of the building!
I have been going to Barton Chiropractor for about 5 months due to back issues. I have Dr. Josh as my primary doctor but have been seen by all the Drs. Dr. Josh is the best. Knowledgeable, professional and personable. He knows his business so well as do all the doctors. The staff are so nice and friendly. I would recommend Barton Chiropractor to anyone looking for the best out there.

Hands down best experience I've had with a Chiropractor and I've been to many different ones prior. Professional, friendly, and the level of transparency he had with me was beyond impressive. Didn't feel rushed or pressured which is super important to me. Oh of course and on top of that he did an amazing job with my adjustments and was very accommodating with some of my insurance coverage concerns, the exact opposite experience of some of the Chiropractors I've been trying to deal with lately(I have been searching for a few weeks now). We needed to prepare our move to Hawaii and transferring our dog to this state has so many requirements. The staff and Dr.K was prepared with the forms, familiar with the vaccinations, blood tests and timelines. They lessened the stress and helped us tremendously with the transition to keep our dog from going into a long quarantine if the requirements were not met. Dr. K is so knowledgeable and very nice and caring with our dog. We loved him and highly recommend Four Corners Veterinary Hospital ??
I must say having to put my sweet boy down, the staff was so Compassionate. We had our appointment 30 min before they closed and quickly realized there was nothing we could do to save our sweet baby. They told us to take as much time before and after. They didn't rush us and we took 2.5 hours after they closed. They never tried to rush us. They even help with the payment. They took what we paid for the vet visit and took it off the price to put him down. I was so thankful that they loved him with us to the end. I went here one other time when he was healthy and they where so sweet with him then too. I don't remember anyone's names. Too sad. But I just want to tell the staff that we there to help my Juno, thank you!
We had an urgent need to see a vet for our elderly dog. They took us in very last minute, and the nurses and vet (Dr. Chhina) were incredibly compassionate and caring. They even called the next morning to check on our dog, and the vet even consulted a neurologist without us asking her to. Unfortunately our dog was doing very badly and we had to euthanize him, but the entire staff was deeply considerate through the whole process, even when my husband and I were a hot mess. Very grateful for this clinic and its team, and their care for our pet when he was suffering.
This vet hospital, and specifically Dr Crain, is amazing and a breath of fresh air after years of frustrating veterinary experiences. Dr Crain is so thorough, sweet, and takes amazing care of my animals. She also realizes people are working with budgets and doesn’t make you feel bad if you decline a service. I'm hoping that anyone who is considering taking their pet here do not. I only gave 5 stars so this gets seen but I wouldn't give any stars. I made an appointment when my cat had an abcess on the back of his neck from a cat fight and i only went there because my mom would take our dog years ago and i got an appointment for next day plus I wanted a second opinion if the wound might need to be drained or not but at the very least i needed to get an antibiotics prescription. Anyways, we arrived and we were the only ones there so my mom and I sat in the chairs facing the room they brought my cat they left the door open so I'm looking directly at them,the Dr and his receptionist, (I think only 2 people work there man and woman) and he has one side of the carrier unzipped and is trying to shake my cat out onto the table but he's obviously holding on (btw the carrier unzipped on top and both sides) and he reached in the carrier grabbing my cat by the abcess on the back of his neck and dragging him out I'm not even joking he told the receptionist to help him by holding the carrier down still my cat was meowing loud and holding on for dear life terrified. My mom and I both can't believe what is happening I started yelling stop! you're having him by his abcess you're hurting him and it's like they forgot we were right there until I yelled out but they apparently didn't see anything wrong because he kept trying to pull him out and I started crying and I told my mom to get my cat I stepped out front because I was pissed off I didn't want to hurt someone and then they told me to come in and apologized but denied they were hurting my cat and that yanking him was causing him pain, didn't even offer pain medication, my cat was trembling that was the first time he's ever trembled. I felt guilty and couldn't stop crying because I brought him there.
My dog junta is a german shepard 7 yrs old now and has been under the care of alpine veterinary hospital since 4 months of age ,unfortunately shes had a number of issues in her short life but thanks to the care of this facility she has been well taken care of ,the staff is awesome and amazing dr. burke has been a blessing to my dawg and my family accommodating us numerous times i can't thank him and the great staff of this facility enough, so i hope this testimonial helps someone out their who needs great care for their furry friends ? ?

Our husky loves coming here! The staff is so kind, supportive and caring. They take their time and give the dogs great care and attention. I have also brought in poodle mixes and they shape their body and faces very well. Also very reasonable pricing : )

The two guys at the front desk (I think Antonio and Brian) were very professional and friendly. My therapist, Kennadi, was also great. All the little things were done perfectly - pressure, music, checking in, etc. I would highly recommend this location and working with Kennadi.

I had back pain and tension in my shoulders. The masseuse worked on my lower back as well as aggressively working my shoulders and I felt great when I left. Very professional, nothing to suggest any nefarious activity!
I have been going to Touch of Class Bodywork for a little over a year. Jason gives the best massages ever! He is insightful, knowledgeable, and passionate, and he really gets to know you and what your needs are. You will not get an "industry standard" massage, unless that is what you want! Best deep tissue massage in the Bay Area.

Lisa is the best! Truly one of a kind and knows how to heal all sorts of issues including tendinitis, back pain, inflammation of the joints. My mom comes here weekly and I come whenever I am in town! If you have any sort of pain in your body, I promise Lisa can fix it!

I think it’s a little weird that they have a “quiet room” that stays open next to front lobby and then the front desk answers all calls on speakerphone. Super loud! I asked at the front desk and she said that’s what they always do. My feedback would be to please close the quiet door or to not answer calls on speakerphone. Clients don’t know they are on speakerphone where everyone can hear them, that can be uncomfortable

My daughter used this company for her driving lessons. Kandice was great at helping us out as our schedule is pretty hectic. I felt bad but she was patient with finding us dates and times that worked for us. We had nick as our instructor. My daughter felt very comfortable with him, she learned a lot and ended up passing her test on the 1st attempt!!
