Poor communication between associate and me, the client. Apparently he knocked on the door at 0700. I was dozing on the sofa and didn’t hear. I was awakened a half hour later from his text saying the job was completed. There was some necessary information about my job that needed to be discussed BEFORE he started. Otherwise, I was totally satisfied with the results. Very clean and no mess. Respected our property
My TruGreen technician was top notch! He has been helping me revive my lawn, and the aeration, reseeding, and fertilization are working wonderfully! The technicians are very professional, courteous, and hard-working.Thank you, TruGreen!
excellent job in thoroughly spraying for mosquitos. We enjoy being outside without the worry of getting bitten 100's times - now we rarely even see a mosquito. With the threat of West Nile Virus the service is of great value, professionally done on a regular basis.
