I saw Oscar and not only did he cut my hair the way I wanted it, but the vibe was pretty cool. Ended up talking the whole time and I normally don't talk when getting a haircut. I just found my new barber and will be coming back moving forward. I've already told my friends about the place. Pepe and Oscar communicated well and reply pretty quickly. I highly recommend the shop. It's easy to get to, the barbers are pretty chill, and it's easy to book. They take cash or card which gives better payment options if you're in a hurry and can't stop by a bank.
Ricky is absolutely the best! My hair always looks so healthy and revived after being in his chair. I can show him a color/cut and he gets it spot on. He’s also a wizard with extensions! We did a trial before my wedding to make sure the color and length were correct and that I felt comfortable wearing them. Ricky matched them with my natural hair and put them in so seamlessly. Aside from being great at hair, Ricky is so nice and easy to talk to. I always look forward to my appointments.

I had a very specific haircut request and Thomas absolutely delivered.
I wanted a medium-length flow haircut with about 3.5–4 inches on top, natural flow backwards and slightly to the side. I asked specifically not to thin the top because I wanted to keep volume and he respected that perfectly.
My sides are denser, so I needed just a bit of bulk removed in the middle section only (not at the roots and not on the surface), and he did it exactly right the hair flows naturally without looking flat or choppy.
I also requested a soft mid taper on the sides (around a #3–#4 guard), and a rounded, natural neckline that follows the curve of my head no hard lines, no squared look, and not too high. This gave a clean, modern finish while keeping the natural shape of my head.
Communication was clear, professional, and he really listened to what I wanted. I’m very happy with the result and highly recommend him if you’re looking for a stylish, natural, and well-blended haircut with great attention to detail.

I’ve been aaaaall over Burlingame trying to find a nail salon that I like and kept striking out. The criteria was simple:
1. I want quality. A place that will just do a good job and not skip out on the details.
2. I want service. A mani pedi isn’t event that cheap these days and I’d like to feel like I’m being pampered. I’d like the experience to never be painful and to never feel like I’m being rushed out.
Pretty straightforward, right? Welp no, I’ve been to salons where they cut my cuticles so bad that they bled, salons where the staff was just straight up rude and salons where they just did a crappy job. Well no more. I’ve been to Aqua a few times now and it’s officially my go to place. The ladies here are so lovely, they always make me feel well taken care of, they sweat all the little details to make sure my nails look perfect. And somehow even though they’re super careful, they manage to be quick! On top of it all they have great customer service and are just so nice to be around.

I found Tatiana through my sister and we’ve both been getting lash lifts done by her. Her work is phenomenal, plus she’s professional, friendly, and very accommodating! Her space is very clean and comfortable, and she checks in with you throughout the process. My lash lift lasted about 10 weeks, and Tat offers extremely competitive pricing for the area. We found Bath Planet Norcal through Home Depot and ordered a bathtub/shower and wall surround for our rental unit. Alysia came to see our unit and was very helpful in providing us with information, options, and different designs. She showed a new tile color that we immediately responded to even though we were told it would take about 4-6 weeks to receive. We were willing to wait and, unfortunately, we learned 2-3 mos later that it was still not available. As a result, we had to choose basic white to speed up the process since our project was already delayed and needed to change our contractors' schedules at the last minute. Darwin, the project manager, was most helpful in speeding up the order and was most attentive to our needs throughout this project and was a great communicator. He responded to our emails, text, and questions efficiently and took care of any issue or concern we addressed. He was always reassuring and followed through on his promises. When permits were ordered and inspectors were scheduled anytime during a 3-4 hour period, he was always on time, willing to wait as long as necessary, and gave us their positive feedback when all done. We highly recommend Darwin to anyone hiring this company for a project. I would also like to complement Luis on a job well done! He replaced the framing, plumbing, fixtures, bathtub/shower, and wall surround in a professional, efficient, and timely manner. He was always on time and kept me informed of progress along the way. He involved me when needed but also took action without involving me when appropriate. He has great subcontractors that were on-time and did great work. He was always on the job to meet all the subcontractors and to manage his own workers who also did good work. I discovered Dr. Danli back in 2020 during the peak of Covid and my first pregnancy. Dr danli is a friend now and she always takes the time to listen to you and your concerns and finds ways to help you from the bottom of her heart! She spends an hour through the entire process and it almost feels like a massage that resets me for weeks after! She’s Webster certified so great for pregnant moms, and also supported my husband through his disk and shoulder issues! She’s flexible, communicative and always has the best anecdotes with the most positive energy to share!

WE LOVE Camino Real Pet Clinic! All their staff is kind, attentive and caring. We were recommended last year around November to this clinic by my pup's groomer after she found some of Butter's rotten teeth that needed to take care of. Of all the clinics that I called, Camino Real was the most attentive one. They actually care about your pet. Dr. Ten, Butter's vet, made sure to check up fully on Butter and had all the necessary lab works before the procedure. Dr. Ten explained to me what to expect and kept me informed all the time on the day of the procedure. Though Butter needed to have more teeth extracted than originally planned, Dr. Ten only charged us for her hours, not per tooth. Thus, I'm so grateful to Dr. Ten and Camino Real Pet Clinic for their reasonable charge and superb service!
We've been a regular customer of Camino Real Pet Clinic ever since. We live in San Jose but I'm willing to drive Butter here for quality and caring pet services.
The clinic is a quaint historical house and it has a small parking lot in the back and along its side and one spot in the front. It can accommodate up to 5 cars, I believe. I've never had problem finding parking here.

My dog was nervous initially, but the groomer from Outlet Mobile Grooming was so patient and soothing. They respected her pace, gently handled her coat and nails, and let her settle in. When done, she looked fabulous and even pranced around proudly. The mobile setup is so convenient. Highly recommended for pet owners seeking calm, professional service.

When I first had neck spasm, I can't move my neck without taking pain killer three to four times a day. I cannot sit more than 10 minutes at a time. Finding a good massage therapist was not an easy task. I was very lucky to have found Carrina thru extensive research online. I have been seeing her for over four years now. The weekly massage on my neck and back is a life changer. I can now sit for more than an hour at a time without pain killer. I recently took a long road car trip, and was happily surprised that I have no pain thru out the entire trip with a few stops. She is the best! No question about it!
Jasmine is 10/10, hands down the best massage therapist I've ever seen. She gets to work and doesn't stop until whatever pain or alignment issues you have been completely addressed. I gave her very little direction and she found the frequent trouble spots in my neck, right shoulder and even picked up on a low-back injury from 4-weeks ago that I had forgotten about but she said she noticed there was still a lingering issue. She uses massage, pressure points and stretching to elevate the massage experience massively.
Her space is gorgeous and ultra clean and she's amazing to work with. Grateful to have found her!
I started seeing Dena after my facial lift surgery for a year. She has been an absolute game changer in my recovery. Her massage technique is gentle, intentional, and incredibly effective. After each session, I noticed reduced swelling, better circulation, and a much more natural contour returning to my face. She really understands how to work with postoperative tissue. Nothing feels rushed or random. My skin softened, the tightness eased, and the overall sensation of my face started to feel "normal" again much sooner than expected. Dena is also warm, knowledgeable, and very comforting to be around, which made it easy for me to trust her even early in my healing process. If you're recovering from a facial lift or any facial procedure, she's truly one of the best choices you can make. Highly recommended.

My first qualm is that it's a 50-minute massage, not a hour. And for these elevated prices.. Not that great of a value. If they're massages were like $25-30 cheaper, I think it would actually be a pretty good deal for the area. The style was traditional Asian reflexology which I can get for half the price down the street. ?♀️ The little rooms were nice, but again I felt like I was at an Asian reflexology place with a little room separators. You can hear the people in the next all over which kind of kills the vibe. For the elevated price I would have expected a more elevated experience. Again, the massage was pretty good but overpriced.
I was fortunate enough to find Claire on Groupon and have been going to her since 2024. She's absolutely awesome! A beautiful, welcoming studio awaits, while Claire pays her full attention on YOU! She definitely has some nice, strong hands so be ready for an amazing massage; walking out like Jello!
Once again, Baozhi (Kevin) gave me a great massage. He paid close attention to my requests and checked with me to see if the pressure was right (which it was). He died a great job.

I had the opportunity to get a Thai massage with Khun June. Personally, I often feel stressed and anxious when going for Thai massages at places abroad, because many times I’ve had experiences where the masseuse seemed inexperienced. But not here. Khun June was able to make me feel at ease, calming my worries. Both the pressure and the technique of the massage made me feel so relaxed. Of course, I will definitely come back here again, and I highly recommend it.
Dr. Wang has been very helpful for my acute back pain. He listens to where your pain points are, asks thoughtful questions, and then talks about his treatment plan. He has provided me relief where chiropractors were unable to. I had never done acupuncture before and was scared of needles. However, his technique doesn't hurt at all. You barely feel the needle going in and once he's done and you're lying there, you can feel your body calm and start to heal. The cupping also helps if you have acute pain as it helps to release pressure in those areas. I benefited so much from it that when my mom came who is struggling with a lot of arthritis I sent her to him and she also said Dr. Wang was very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone in pain but also who wants to just benefit from relaxation and cleansing. It has become a weekly appointment for me and an hour of calm that I look forward to. Dr. Wang responds promptly to emails, texts and even follows up with extra information that he talks about in sessions to help at home. He has been very flexible accomodating my schedule and reschedules. Can't recommend him more highly.
I had been going to Eva for about 15 years with excellent results for many issues and now her daughter, Emily, has taken over. Since it was an option, I saw her massage therapist, Zak, to see if I could resolve my dizziness and vertigo without needles. It has been very effective so far. But then my knee had been acting up and I needed acupuncture so I saw Emily. After the first treatment the pain was reduced noticeably. And it's continually getting better. Under their care, I have not needed an American doctor in years. As an added bonus, parking is easy here and it's right off the freeway.
I am making the transition to hand controls for my car. As part of this, I recently took an initial evaluation / driving lesson with Derrick. He was great. He patiently showed me the different types of hand controls, how they work, and answered my questions. I then went on a driving lesson with Derrick in his car that is outfitted with hand controls. This initial visit was very thorough, taking about two hours. I now have a sense of how hand controls work, the various options available, and what will and won’t work for me. Overall this visit was very useful; I don’t know how I would’ve figured it all out without Derrick’s help. I highly recommend him.
Took 3 lessons and learned a lot. Great school. The fees is not a lot and they prepare for test and learning. Instructor pushes you to do better. Appointments are easy to get to.
