“Working with Ortiz and his team to install AC in our house was a fantastic experience. Alex provided a thorough and reasonable quote, was communicative and responsible throughout the month-long process, and took extra care to make sure we were happy customers. His team arrived promptly, worked quickly and thoroughly, and took care of our house. Even super simple but appreciated things like moving our delivered packages into the house while they were there but we weren’t. After installation, we thought we had an issue initially and Alex was immediately ready to come out to address it. Turns out it was a user error oops. Couldn’t recommend Alex enough!”

“My water bill was extremely high this month and I had no idea why. I called pg&e and they said I had a water leak somewhere in my house. After calling around I decided on USA leak detector because they were able to get me an appointment the same day. They were able to pin point exactly where I had a leak. Steve was able to come out and fix my problem in 20 minutes which end up saving me a lot of money. He was extremely knowledgeable and didnt mind providing insight. I highly suggest them for fast and efficient work I’ll be calling USA leak detector for all my plumbing needs!”
