Ok I have to give Steve a shoutout because he was hands down the most honest and patient salesperson I've dealt with in a long time. He genuinely cared more about me getting the right carpet than just closing a sale, which honestly you don't see much anymore.
He let me take home as many samples as I wanted, no rush, no pressure, just let me figure out what worked. He also made multiple calls right there while I was in the store to make sure the carpets would arrive on time and that an installer was available for my specific requested dates.
