I regularly get my hair cut by her after trying to find a good stylist in the area, I will go to her as long as she's willing to take me! It's also a great spot for gift shopping, and of course personal shopping sprees. Since the clothes are consignment it's ethically moral. I absolutely love her other hair products and all that she has as well. Long story short, check out catch 22:)

I started coming to Sammi after admiring my sister's nails for years. It took me a while to start coming to her 'cause of my hectic schedule, as I used to get my nails done at the last minute. But after being referred to her (thanks to my sister) I am happy to say I am completely "hooked". Her work is amazing and she is just a wonderful person overall. She always pays close attention to detail and does it swiftly and seamlessly, yet at the same time you never feel rushed. It's always a nice, calm quiet vibe in the salon, balanced out with her fun & friendly conversation. Some days I know exactly what I want and she works her magic... And other days I can also be indecisive on what to do with my nails, and thankfully Sammi comes through to help guide me with her input when I'm in one of those moods too. Lol. Needless to say, she never disappoints. I am ALWAYS happy with the ending results. She is a true professional at was she does. Another thing I love, is that she does top-notch, quality work. Whenever I get a fill and pedi it LASTS until my next visit (every 3 weeks), I never have any broken nails or chips. Thank you Sammi!!

As someone who is only staying in the area for 1 night I was so happy when Blanca said she could fit me in today for a walk in appointment. I've been seeing MaryAn for nearly a year and I'll never go anywhere else for a cut. I have naturally curly hair and it's hard to find a good stylist who is confident in cutting curls. She is also incredibly sweet and really listens to everything you say. Gary is sooo nice and they make everyone feel loved and welcome. I love their animal stories... The shop is super cute and it just makes you feel good to walk inside. Honestly, better (and cheaper) than therapy.

For our condo there are a lot of requirements for working on plumbing because it's a big condo complex And luckily Southwood is one of the preferred vendors because they already had their license and insurance on file. I was wary of it because usually it means they would be overpriced but I was actually really happy that it wasn't. The price was more than reasonable and they worked with my and the HOA schedule to make it work. They did a great job and I'm really happy that they did.
More recently I wanted to do another work on my own place and thought of them. Denis the owner called me and let me know that they would need some time to figure out whether the part would fit and once again were honest and said it's probably 2 hours work so he charged per hour which is reasonable.
Overall I'd totally consider using them for my plumbing or water heater jobs.
Fidelity home warranty sent Rick to fix our shower mixer valve after they had sent a different plumber to diagnose it. Rick was very responsive and easy to schedule then when he came he did a great job confirming the issue, going to get a replacement part, and fixing it very quickly and efficiently. We would hire him directly if we have future issues.
So very, very sorry to hear of Jesse's passing. He was a great plumber and a very kind human being. Condolences to all of his loved one's. He will truly be missed.

I called the electrician for help with rewiring a plug and he was so helpful, he even helped me pick out the right plug in the shop and talked me through it all. very very friendly and helpful and definitely would use again for any electrical needs
I asked Bart and his crew to do a couple rewiring jobs in my house. In both cases he promptly got the job scheduled and done the same week. I am always thoroughly impressed at their speed and efficiency and I know they'll get the job done right. Bart will also go the extra mile to show me other things that need to be addressed (immediately / soon / later) and I really appreciate that!
I needed six copies of a key, and the process was quick, easy, and more affordable than going to a kiosk. Plus, there’s convenient parking on the side of the building.
I recommend this place with enthusiasm! I was having trouble finding someone to copy a fairly simple key, and was just told no from big box stores with key copying services. But at this shop, which hs clearly seen it all, the gentleman was very kind, and most of all, interested in solving my issue. He was curious, tried an experiment, and explained why my key was unusual. His experiment worked and I now have a spare key! Even if it was not successful, I was so happy that he had the energy and interest to think outside of the box, not with wild abandon, but with the know how from years of experience. I'm going here FIRST next time!

It was incredibly easy to book an appointment online, Bob was very communicative in advance of his arrival & he did an incredible job cleaning my couch! Ricardo and RSL did an excellent job with my earthquake retrofit. He is fluent on the EBB program and provided excellent step-by-step guidance. He performed the retrofit and another crawlspace fix on-time, as promised, and without a speck of dirt left behind. He was professional, courteous, and followed through on every request. I highly recommend Ricardo and the RSL team!
Derald and his team are great. Our house is a Queen Anne Victorian in San Francisco and we worked with BMF to remodel our kitchen, install new flooring, remove walls and put in large glass doors to show off the great view. Derald blended the new work with existing victorian details, such as picture-frame wainscoting and ceiling medallions. The workmanship and attention to detail was first rate.

It was hard finding a new Veterinarian after our previous vet clinic closed. We tried a few, but none really stuck until we met Dr. Tais at Masson. She was personable and took her time getting to know each of my pups. The office staff, Sarah, Jennifer and Jasmine are also a very big reason we chose to stay at Masson, they're all super detailed and knowledgeable. It is so hard to find a Veterinarian that you and your pups like and it's even harder finding a great office team, but at Masson you get both! I am so so happy I found them.

I woke up with bad neck pain and was seeking some relief. I called Dr. Ouyang and was able to get an appointment really quickly. I’ve never done cupping before but the whole process was comfortable and easy. I was told I had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders which felt better after one session. My neck was still slightly tense after and Dr. Ouyang helped crack my upper back with some stretches.
