“I recently moved into a house shortly after the arc storms we had here in the Bay Area this past year. To say that the roof was in poor condition prior to the storms is an understatement. After the storms, it was in a terrible place, water would pool in small depressions on the roof, the drains were filled with gunk and blocked, and it would constantly creak at all hours of the day. With El Niño looming, I didn't want to get caught unawares. After getting in touch with Emmanual, he came out to survey my roof, after I scheduled the repair for the end of August, his crew showed up, stripped the old roof, and replaced it in just TWO days! In fact it turned out there was a surprise or two as it turned out some of the wood had rotted and was in danger of just falling apart. Despite, this, the crew managed to repair the damage quickly and got a gutter into place so that this type of damage will never happen again.Emmanuel was a delight to work with. He showed up early for our appointment. He explained the kind of materials that my roof needed (The house is from the 50s and does not use tiles), the various repairs they would do to some of the rotted wood, and what protections they were going to take to prevent water damage from happening in the future. My house also has an old 50s AM antenna, and after explaining I wanted to keep it for aesthetic reasons, his crew left it alone without any issues at all.Lo and behold, we had quite a bit of moisture overnight the day after his crew left, and spots on the roof that usually would be holding water were perfectly dry by the time the sun came out, and even better my roof has been silent. No more loud snapping or creaking throughout the day.To say I am satisfied with their work is an understatement. I am so thoroughly pleased with the work they did, I will be recommending them to any of my neighbors or friends who require a roof repair. :)“
“We had a roof leak and contacted a few roofing contractors to try to figure out what was going on. Ryan came out, looked at some pictures we took of the attic where we suspected the leak was, went onto our roof, and concluded that one of the roof flashings was where the leak was occurring and that it was previously not installed correctly. He was the only one to take pictures and show us the problem and explain it.He gave us a very reasonable quote for a repair and squeezed us in within 1-2 weeks, even though it was the holidays. “Attic Express did a great job on a complete roof job, removal and replacement of shingled areas and a new layer on the larger flat portion of roof. They also replaced the rain gutters and all for a very reasonable price and quick response. When we noticed that there was some damage to paint and stucco where old gutter was removed, they returned in two days to fix it. The only downside was the cleanup of the area under the removal of the old shingle roof. If you have bushes or flowers in such an area, ask them to cover them with tarps to make for easier cleanup.I gladly recommend Attic Express for roof repair and replacement.“

“Skybleu is a family owned business: Patrick and Mirela. They cleaned the 16 windows of my one-story house for me. I have some complicating vegetation near some walls of my house, making access cumbersome.Patrick and Mirela arrived on time with their assistant Jose. The cleaning included windows inside and outside, the screens, and tracks. The team was super efficient, and outstandingly thorough. The difference of looking through any of my windows is striking. Sharp contrasts of the outside world, and more light. I collected three estimates. One was way lower, the other was right along the same line with Patrick's. After conversing with Patrick I decided to choose his company, because he is clearly engaged with this work, and cares about the outcome. The same is true for Mirela. She explained at some point during the cleaning that they both enjoy the work, and this connection shows in the results.I don't know whether this is common practice, but Patrick and Mirela use a machine that removes all minerals from the water that they use for the outside of the glass. The result is the crystal clear view without any spots. I would instantly hire Skybleu again. They also do kitchen remodels, though I have no experience with that part of their business.“

“During the great rains of 2023 Noah and his team came through for me. He was professional, communicative and patient. He came on time for his estimate. He took photos and showed the current state of my roof. He explained the materials and process they used. He coordinated with my solar manufacturer. As it was raining off and on throughout March he closely watched the weather and picked a date that he and the Solar company could work. The roof is beautiful. He even built up two of our skylights so they are higher up using redwood. Highly recommended. Some other roofers were about 10k more, were less responsive, or wanted me to pay to do an estimate. While I normally pay more for peace of mind, in this case I'm glad I used Cal State.Even when an issue came up of a fence that was damaged during the install, without a question about who did what they repaired and repainted it, and now its better than new!“

They tore off the original shakes from the 1960s, added foam insulation, and then the standing seam metal roof.
