“We’re so grateful for Alan’s guidance and expertise during the sale of our San Mateo condo. He handled the online listings and open houses flawlessly, which resulted in a lot of interest. Although the condo’s age made it a less appealing option for younger buyers, Alan’s market knowledge and pricing recommendations helped us attract serious buyers. He made the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend Alan!”
“My family had an outstanding experience working with Billy DeMartini. He helped us find a great tenant quickly, got the unit into excellent shape with his maintenance team, and handled every detail with care and professionalism. The entire process was seamless. He was also incredibly patient and respectful with my elderly parents always taking the time to explain everything in simple terms. He even came over in person countless times with printed copies of the paper to walk them through the lease agreements. That level of kindness is really rare.
He really went above and beyond the call of duty — whether it’s coordinating repairs, following up on small details, or being available at all hours of the night when we had questions. Most importantly, he’s a genuinely great person and really cares. It is not easy to find someone who's both highly competent and deeply honest -- we feel incredibly fortunate we did. I can’t recommend him highly enough.”
“We had an excellent experience working with Afsoon. She helped us both sell our previous home and find our new one, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge of the market, responsiveness, and genuine care for our needs truly stood out.
Afsoon guided us through every step, from preparing our old house for sale to negotiating a great deal on our new home. We always felt confident and supported throughout the process. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Afsoon to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.”
