Turabi and his team are highly skilled tailors of a caliber that is difficult to find. Most recently, I brought them a Gucci mohair suit to adjust a shoulder 4 days before my wedding. It’s a delicate fabric, shoulder alterations are among the most difficult, and to add to the challenge, they were correcting a mistake made by another tailor a few days prior (reputed suit maker in SF).
The team at Razarun immediately knew where the previous tailor went wrong, reconstructed the shoulder, lifted the back to improve the drape, and finished it all a day earlier than quoted. My suit now fits like it was made for me.
In any field, it is difficult to find someone this honest and skilled at their craft. I’ll never go to another tailor and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

For the past almost six months, we have been seeing Madison, and she and my daughter connected so quickly. Madison truly takes the time to build a relationship - she is genuinely kind, patient, and makes learning fun for kids like my daughter.
Madison is an excellent speech therapist and a wonderful person overall. She is super knowledgeable when it comes to non-minimally speaking children, AAC, GLP learners, and children with apraxia. My daughter always looks forward to her speech sessions, and that is a testament to the incredible staff at Spring Speech.

I have been seeing Dr. Nicole for almost 7 months now for chronic low back pain, and I couldn't be more satisfied. During our first session, she took the time to explain all the possibilities and causes of my pain, and we’ve been working consistently to manage it ever since.
What I appreciate most is her flexibility and expertise. Whenever I have urgent issues like neck or shoulder tension, she always finds a way to accommodate my schedule and provides immediate relief. Before finding her, I tried everything from massage to physical therapy, but nothing seemed to work long-term. Now, I feel so much more secure knowing I have her to rely on. She is always my first call whenever I have any discomfort!

My whole family has been going to Bay Area Martial Arts Academy for several years now and I have to say they are wonderful. So this review is definitely long overdue. Both my daughters have gained so much strength and discipline from the instructor (Mr Agoff). I love the life lessons he instills in them as well. The kids learn self defense, how to fall properly, stick work, different fighting forms, and the importance of training and hard work. They also work on strength and stamina and the belts are earned and not just given. Definitely lucky that we have this local gem so close to home. Also nice that my husband goes there too so the three of them can train together.

Kent did an amazing job on my color and cut! My brunette hair color had turned orange plus I had grays growing out. He was able to get rid of all the warm tones and added highlights to help blend in grays once they grew out. I’m so happy I found Kent for my hair needs.

I normally don’t write reviews, but after reading the recent 1-star post, I felt I needed to share what I personally witnessed during that exact appointment. I was in the salon at the same time, and the description in that review does not match what happened.
The nail technician and owner showed nothing but patience, professionalism, and kindness. At no point did they “blame” the customer. The client had chosen regular polish, which naturally takes time to fully dry, but repeatedly pressed on her nails before they were set—causing the dents herself—while insisting she had to leave for work. The staff even went so far as to offer to walk her to her car to prevent smudging them further.

So we have had pedicures by the two men and they were very rough and caused us pain. This time we called ahead. Stated explicitly three or more times during the phone call that we would like the women to do our pedicures and explained why. Then I asked what time the two women had appts available. They told us 3pm. We arrived 2:45. All chairs were full. Which is fine. 3:15 we were invited to sit and soak. The water burned both our feet and they seemed shocked. Then they had a man (the rougher of the two) sit down to do my. Mom's pedicure. I immediately stopped him from starting. The lady tried to tell me I did not ask for the women when I called. This is absolutely untrue. She tried to tell this again and she said there were no notes to that affect on the calendar. I told her she didn't remember to write it down. Wondering if it is time to look elsewhere. Or only book online where apparently we can choose the person. Edit to four stars from one star We finally got the two ladies and a very nice pedicure.
VALE NAILS is the top nail salon in the area. Their standards are so high that other salons can't match them. Highly recommended!
This a long overdue review for my nail tech Trina. She is one of my best kept secrets, by far the best nail tech I’ve ever encountered. She has high attention to detail, a perfectionist, EFFICIENT, and a great person to talk to. My nails are literally always perfect, never lumpy, great retention, always finishes in an hour, and great prices. Sadly I’m moving and fear I will not find someone as good as her.

Not only is the ambience great, but the moment I walked in I was tended to. Every person that worked there was kind and gracious. When I explained I was going to a wedding and what color I wanted they suggest an ombre to soften the look and they were right. I felt like a valued guest and the prices were very fair compared to other spots. I highly recommend Eros as the place to go.

A quick heads-up: the walls aren't floor-to-ceiling, so you can occasionally hear ambient noise from the hallway. However, it’s a minor trade-off and very typical for similar boutique spas in the mid-peninsula.

Mark took the time to go deep into the details of the project he and his team would be doing on our way home. He gave us a very competitive bid to demo our concrete walkway, waterproof our foundation, and install pipes, a sump pump and french drains. After contacting EBATC, I was able to get an inspection set up quickly even during the busy holiday season. Derick B showed up on time and respectfully wore shoe covers. He thoroughly inspected not just the affected area but the entire perimeter to be able to give an assessment. He walked us through his treatment proposal and the estimate. It was evident that he was knowledgeable and he followed up with the written quote afterwards.
They came and basically said there's nothing for them to do. 5 stars for being so honest.

Some doctors and people may not be to your liking so you can change. I worked with Jeff for my lower back pain and would definitely recommend him! Beforehand, I've seen 4 different PT's for my persistent lower back issues (spanning over 5 years), which helped but truthfully were not great experiences. I'm a younger male, aged 30-40 and the PT's I saw just didn't give me the type of care I was looking for at my age range. Over there course of 10 sessions, Jeff helped push me toward not just recovery but toward a more active & stronger lifestyle. That was my goal and I'd recommend Jeff if that's your goal too!
I really enjoyed working with Naz! She was incredibly helpful in my postpartum recovery. She provided me with great exercises that have strengthened everything I need to get back into running and other activities postpartum. I found her super knowledgeable about the pelvic floor and body kinetics in general. She really knows her stuff! I highly recommend seeing her for any pelvic floor concerns.
Excellent PT and pilates studio. I have had a PT session, private pilates classes, and a group pilates classes. All three are top notch! I have been going there for a year, and I feel so much better in my body. I am so happy to be a part On The Move community!
