Our carpet is 30 years old but thanks to Coit it still looks good. The technician placed pads under our heavy furniture as well as moved some dining chairs to another room. He removed most of the coffee spots on our stairs and added Scotchgard. Overall, our carpet looks clean and much better than before cleaning.

From start to finish it was amazing! Manuel was fantastic, he was obviously so knowledgeable and gave me really good advice on how we should manage certain things. The overall work is really outstanding, too. I had my carpets cleaned when I first moved in using a diff service that my cleaners arranged. There were still some spots on the carpet that I was told were permanent. Amazingly, all of those are gone the carpet looks brand new as do my chairs and sofa. Even the bits that he warned me may not come out entirely — brand new looking! Really so impressed.
