“(Foster City) Timothy is the best and affordable. I learned so much today and Tim teached me to be smart, safe, and defending driver. He also did the DMV mock test and we went over bike lane and he made me look over shoulder a lot and im very confident about changing lanes (SMOG). He helped me control the car much better and I feel more confident about steering control. He took me out on the freeway a little bit and overall I loved the way he teached. My grandman used to take lessons from him and she recommended me to him and I found his prices very affordable compared to other schools and Timothy is very professional and patient and now I understand what it is to be a smart and safe and defensive driver. I would definitely recommend friends and family to Timothy. Timothy you rock!“

“I am so grateful for the driving lesson I had with Derrick. As an elder with low vision I was nervous ass it t had been decades since I'd taken a driving test. Derrick was easy to be with, reassuring and gave me some very good pointers about what to expect from the examiner. We drove to the area near the DMV and when he pointed out somethings that I could improve he did so with no judgment and with kindness. I passed and honestly I don't think I would've without Derrick's guidance.“

“I would like to say that I started from scratch and had no prior driving experience before I took a lesson with my instructor named Francis. He knew how to coach really well, and I passed my Behind the Wheel test on my first try with only one error of signal. I would recommend this school if you have the money and time to spare. Otherwise, it was great a experience overall. I was nervous to learn driving starting from square one, and now I feel comfortable on the road after about 6 classes. It was great.“

I booked 3 adult lessons and the day of test review/assistance. Phillip, the driving instructor is patient and thorough. He knows how to teach and has very in-depth knowledge about driving in the Bay Area. He makes sure that you are skilled and confident before taking the test. He gave good tips ans I was able to pass the 1st time. Not only does he make sure you are ready for the test day, he also makes sure that you are comfortable to drive beyond the test (freeway, parking, backing, driving, etc). I was very scared on my first day, but now I feel more safe and secure with driving. The driving lessons were well worth the time and money. I would definitely recommend Phillip and Manila Bay Area and Fil-Am Driving to anyone looking for driving lessons.“
