“After seeking in-home care options for our parents, Adrienne and Canopy Home Care came recommended to us by a family friend. When our family first met with Adrienne, we all appreciated her attention to detail and compassion in hearing our requests and concerns for care. It didn't take long to match our needs with a set of caregivers, which was a relief to our whole family.The consistency, support and level of care that Adrienne and her team has provided in the last year has been really incredible and impactful. Whenever there were changes needed to the schedule or a new care request, Adrienne and team were very quick to help resolve and put our worries at ease. What I appreciated the most about Canopy was Adrienne and the caregivers were very attentive each day and would share information, care guidance and suggestions for activities for our parents to keep them active and engaged. Living in another state from my parents, having this shared information was a huge relief.I highly recommend Adrienne and Canopy Home Care for any caregiving needs. They are responsive, compassionate and genuinely care about their clients!“

“The 5 stars are for Wendy, the PT, who I worked with a couple of times, and also for Jessica, one of the supervisors/directors who I called to give feedback to. Maricar and Julia are also awesome. Generally, the people I had direct contact with (with the strikingly bizarre, odd, soberingly sad experience with Renda who perhaps needs to not be in direct patient care), HealthFlex is a terrific option for many people, though the general infrastructure needs updating, e.g. whenever I call for a service, such as to reschedule or cancel an. Upcoming appt., it needs to go through umpteen people, who in turn, need to call me back, etc., it's not efficient, and they are dealing with a patient population who are compromised and don't have the bandwidth, capacity, ability, or patience to deal with this. I appreciate that they exist as a community program and especially that after my experience with Renda, when I called to complain, I spoke to Jessica who was considerate, sensitive, attentive, and genuinely sincerely listening to what I had to say. My being disgruntled, all of it I felt immediately better when she validated my experience.“
