Jeff from JAB Construction was terrific from the start. He gave a competitive quote with a thorough, accurate price. His accounting was always spot on. He was always on time and kept me informed of progress along the way. He involved me when needed but also took action without involving me when appropriate. He has great subcontractors that were on-time and did great work. He was always on the job to meet all the subcontractors and to manage his own workers who also did good work. Repaired structural elements of a deck for a condominium - challenging job due to height of the deck above ground and steep slopes below; replaced large beams and ledger, repaired dry rot. Excellent performance. We first contacted JAB Construction in 2012 for help with water damage on the back of our house. They are experts in this area. We have come to trust them so much for their expertise and craftsmanship that we've used them for all kinds projects over the years - from simple work like replacing a ledge in our kitchen, to building shelves in our garage, to completely rebuilding and replacing the back of our house to address the water damage (see attached pictures).
