Shocked this place has a good rating....The experience was poor from the moment we walked in for a scheduled group appointment. We asked for gel but the nail polish isn't clearly marked so it took forever to find the right paint to use and no one working helped our party of 5 and just kept sending people back to the two walls spaces...They do not have manicure tables, so they pointed us into pedicure seats and told us to put our feet in with street shoes on...There is very little communication as they pile stuff on your lap and you have to reach sideways across to the technician for the entire appointment.They had taken a walk-in before we got there, so while four ladies...read full review

Very relaxing! The orchids in the window are so pretty to look at, the music is calming, the chairs do a massage, and the personnel are so kind (as well as talented). I hade a very nice manicure and will certainly be returning ?

Been here before and they are a mediocre salon. They are very slow. Disappointed to find they wouldn't honor a gift certificate for $25 because it expired 18 months ago. Tried to explain that California has a law prohibiting the use of expiration dates. I was very happy to engage in a conversation but the manager refused giving me 101 excuses. Disappointed to read another customer had this issue and they still didn't change.
