“My cat was dying. He was in terrible shape and I had spent thousands trying to figure out what was wrong with him. Called Dr. Metzger for home euthanasia. He perks up two minutes before she arrives so we change to quality of life appt instead. She gives me what I need to make him better. We change his food. This cat is thriving. She won’t be our vet because she specializes on in home euthanasia. She refers me to Dr. Ten at Camino Real Vet. We’ve been without a vet for some time after being with our vet for over a decade. I’ve had the hardest time finding a new vet. So when she suggested Dr. Ten that was it for me.
Called them and they were so kind and accommodating. Meet Dr. Ten when Vito had some lumps, one started bleeding.
Dr. Ten was amazing in our visit. I immediately felt comfortable with her and grateful for the referral.
I really love businesses that are run well, efficient, proactive, innovative. I’m rarely surprised.
This Veterinary is all of these things. They correspond via text. So easy. They have a back door to receive patients that can be challenging like my dog Vito. He doesn’t like going to the vet and he’s very vocal about it.
They have a second service area that accommodates pets like mine which is amazing. Not all vet visits are check ups and I felt terrible with my dog barking and carrying on. It had to be stressful for the other pets visiting and the staff. But they already knew that and had a solution.
In addition they provided sedatives for his visits so he’s so much calmer. They made suggestions to help him visit without the anxiety.
And they could’ve taken advantage but they didn’t. They gave us a quote for his surgery. They asked if we wanted to remove the other lumps. We said yes and I referenced one on his neck and near his eye.
They ended up removing five lumps and they charged us just under the low quote for which we were extremely grateful. They had found two more. I see my dog every day and forgot about the second one on his neck and didn’t realize there was another one on the other side of his peepee.
Their vet techs are kind, professional, articulate and serious about their jobs. Everything was explained in detail, they called the next day to make sure he was ok. Scheduling is super easy. Front desk does a great job. They have a very well built process and it shows. I really love this Veterinary from Dr. Ten to Dr. G to all of the staff.
