Came in for a pedicure & builder gel. Service was good and overall happy with the experience. The technician that did my nail was different from the person I talked to about the shape of my nails so I didn't quite get the shape I wanted. Midway I did point out that it was too pointy but she assured me it would be better later. But even with the builder gel, it wasn't quite the shape I wanted and she had already cut my nails. But will go back again to try it again. Pedicure was nothing special for $40.
This is a very nice hidden place in Burlingame to go get your nails done and to get pampered like it says! But what I like the best is the manager and the owner Lisa is very friendly. She cares about customer service and making sure your happy. She listens too. I highly recommend this business for these reasons! Thank you Jeanne
I’ve been getting my nails done at Pampered & Polished for about 2 years now and I usually go for a gel pedicure (always in a shade of pink) and a regular manicure with no color. I’ve never had issues and I appreciate that one person works on my pedicure while another on my manicure because I hate wasting time.
I recently got married and decided to go for a chrome powder gel x manicure for my wedding day, with French tip. I loved the way my nails came out and I got so many compliments!
