“I used Abstract Windows to do a retrofit replacement from the original 30yr old aluminum windows to new fiberglass windows from Milgard. Alessandro came out and reviewed all windows and happily answered all my questions. For the final measurement Dimitar and Alessandro explained that 2 large windows couldn't be done as retrofit and let me easily remove that from quote since I didn't want new construction right now. Their pricing was very competitive. The windows were ready when the said and they installed 11 windows in 1/2 day. Everything was so professional and now the house is so much quieter that we cannot hear when the delivery truck pulls up for packages. So nice. Windows look great and modern. “I made an appointment and Julio, the owner. He came by with his assistant and measured our largest window screens. Next week his wife Lourdes "called and emailed" me the estimate which was almost $1000.00 less than I expected. They came out the next week and installed the window screens but overlooked one screen and promised to have it done. A week went by and when I called to follow up with Lourdes, she asked if I had noticed Julio already came to our house and took care of the last window screen. She stayed on the phone while I went outside and sure enough, he had stopped by and installed the last screen.
