The problem was staff, she was nice until I told her I need to think about getting glasses today, and I come back later. She didn’t even gave my eye drops that doctor put it in my file. She wanted to get rid of me asap.“

The doctor also took time to explain all my options and make sure all my questions were answered. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. “I've been coming here for years. When I started, I lived in the area but now I live about 30 minutes away. Although it's a little bit of a pain for me to drive over there, it's totally worth it! The people are very nice and helpful. The store is in a nice little spot and parking is fairly easy. Dr. Asmus is incredible and she always remembers who I am even though I come in every one or two years.“

They communicate through text messages and phone. It's amazing that they even open on Saturdays!“

“I drive up from the Central Coast to go to Dr. Ong. I tried a new eye doctor when we moved south, but couldn't find one as good. Dr. Ong explains exactly what she's doing and why, what the tests show, and involves the patient in deciding what type of correction works best for each person. I have lived in 3 states, on both coasts, City and rural; she is the best eye doctor I've had. Well worth the 4-hour round trip.“

It was a tedious process, but the man did a phenomenal job and knows exactly what he's doing. I got a scleral shell and it couldn't have come out any better. It looks real!!! “Dr. Respicio has been taking are of us since 1998ish. We started with him in Daly City and now receive care in Hercules. We moved to Nevada 3 years ago and have continued to make the drive to see him because there really is not a better eye doctor on the planet. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Respicio, his office, his staff, everything is top notch. I tried someplace else last year, closer to home, highly recommended, etc. I will be driving the 3.5 hours until Dr. Respicio retires.“
