Such a great experience every time I go in or over email/phone interactions. Dr Liu and his team provide excellent customer service- helping to cater to my needs and following up. The staff is so sweet, especially Heather! Highly recommend.

I was nervous going for my eye exam and contact lense exam as it had been awhile since I had an appointment, and my last experience at another optometrist was not good. But as soon as I walked in the door, I was welcomed by very friendly staff. Every single one of my interactions with the staff (getting checked in, before eye exam tests, contact practice) was great! Dr Liu was SO kind and amazing at explaining everything to me. I felt at ease and very comfortable at Bay Bridge Optometry, and I am so glad I found this practice!
