This was my first appointment with them and they provided excellent service. Dr. Wong was very thorough and clarified all my questions. The staff was very welcoming and made the entire process easy and fast. I brought my 7-month-old baby with me and I was anxious to bring her since she might fuss and cry but the staff offered to watch her and I was able to focus my full attention on the exams. I felt genuinely cared for as a patient. All in all, it was a great visit and will recommend them for optometric services.

I just came back from my first appointment and it was such a great experience. I met Jessica from the office at the Elks and she suggested I give them a try. My appointment was pushed out until December, but I was up for being put on the cancellation list and when they called with an appointment I jumped at the chance. Great office! Staff are all upbeat and friendly. Just a great vibe. I felt like I was in good hands even while they were training a new technician. I felt that they were organized and knew what they were doing. I saw Dr. Shepperd and I just loved her warmth. Passed along to pick out glasses was seamless and fun. I can't wait for my new set of spectacles!

Nothing but the BEST CARE EVER! On time, attentive and they always remember you! Jessica & Treena are my go-to staff for getting glasses and care--they know who I am & are always ready to fit my glasses, no problems EVER! They know EXACTLY what to do and when to do it! I've been coming to the shop for years and have NO problems whatsoever! Very professional, on time, expanded services during the pandemic! More stars than I can count! ! I look afright, and they always say I look OK! Very kind and generous!
