They communicate through text messages and phone. It's amazing that they even open on Saturdays!“

“I recently had a 6 mo follow up for a very serious situation in one of my eyes that expressed itself back in August, just prior to a much needed 6 week European vacation. I chose this office merely by its proximity to my home AND an available appointment the next day with Dr Lowry. The practive is busy, but organized and the wait times were low. Dr Lowry was very personable, listened to what I thought was going on with my eyes, but Dr Lowry suspected something much more serious, which, after several rounds of tests and a couple prescribed eye drops, turned out his suspicions were correct. Treatment for this issue would require a hospital stay that would prevent me from getting on my flight to Paris. Not seeking treatment as prescribed could and probably would result in permanent losing my eyesight or minimally permanent damage. I was resisting, he was insisting. I finally came around to my senses and follow through on the hospital care and the week long home nurse administered medications. I am SO very grateful for Dr Lowry's firm guidance and advice. As mentioned above, i just had my 6 month follow up and I am 100% cleared of any scarring or permanent damage to my eye. Left to my own devices and judgement, Paris would have won out over the hospital stay & home care. THANK YOU DR LOWRY!“
