This was my first visit to Target Optical. It was by far the best, most thorough eye exam by Dr. Kimberly Chia, and I have had quite a few eye exams in my life. She is the first person who actually asked me to sit at her desk and use her laptop to show her how I use my laptop, so that she could more precisely determine the distance for my computer glasses. Every other place I have been to just had a fixed number of inches they use for computer glasses, and another fixed number for reading glasses, regardless of your size or reading/computer working habits. I must also add, the associates at the optical department are super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful....read full review
Steve, Brett, and Dr. Kimberly Chia are very patient and it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Chia was very patient in explaining everything to me, which was not only knowledgeable, but she's also very caring. Highly recommend!
Went for an eye exam for contacts and glasses, service was 10/10! Staff is so warm and friendly. Dr. Kimberly was the first optometrist who actually listened to my needs, I am so pleased with my prescription.
