Dr. Yu is one of the best healthcare providers I’ve ever had. She is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about her patients, which makes every visit comfortable.
I also love how advanced her clinic is. The imaging technology means I don’t have to get my pupils dilated, and the scans not only help with my prescription but also check for any abnormalities and help catch potential issues early.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Yu for over 10 years and can’t recommend her enough. Her front desk staff are also organized, courteous, and always pleasant to work with.
This review was drafted in 2021: Eye Opening experience (figuratively & literally)! Dr. Paula and the staff are professional, friendly, informative and very knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was cattle being herded as I have in the past with others. I would definitely recommend Richmond Point Optometry. The location is perfect and easily accessible on public transportation. There are lots of neat shops and cafe's in the area.
