I went into the Pinole location and was assisted by the General Manager, Studio Clyde. She was a consummate professional. Her service to me was second to none. I will be sending my friends and family there. Thank you so much Studio Clyde for the royal treatment I recieved. It was much appreciated.
I have been a customer of Studio’s at her previous employer so when I heard she moved to this location I had to follow her, as she has always treated me with care. Her staff was amazing from the confirmation call to check out. Karla helped with picking all my options for my lenses and new frames and she was extremely thorough with explaining all the details and making sure I understood my purchase. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!
I walked into this establishment after a long day and a horrible commute. My glasses needed a minor repair and I hoped I found a place thar would help me. I'm old and need my glasses ?. The whole stay was welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations. I hope to be able to change my insurance plan so I can go back for new glasses. They deserve my business.
