Ordered new contacts and they were quick to pull from my secondary ins, then they informed me that I had a $200 credit that could used towards my new order. The old office never found or mentioned this credit. They requested my records be sent, they wanted me to get strength of contact that I was unable to get from my last Dr. they really want me to be happy with my order!I am completely out of my prescription, so they set me up with a weeks worth of sample contacts -how cool is that!!Super friendly and helpful staff in a relaxed no pressure environment! I highly recommend Marin Optometry.“

And when I was not thrilled at first, Dr. K tested my eyes and discovered that my original prescription (done by another physician in another office) was not correct. The lenses were re-ordered and the problem was fixed, at no expense to me. It was clear when he was testing me that he wanted things to be perfect, he was methodical, meticulous, and friendly. “I just bought my 4th pair of frames from Rims & Goggles and had a great experience. I worked with Sean who helped me with my previous pair and both times I told him what I was looking for and both times he picked out perfect frames. Exactly right for my face and exactly what I wanted. Yes, the frames weren't cheap, but when I compare the ones I purchased at Rims and Goggles to the ones I got from an online vendor, there is no comparison, especially the way they fit on the face. I have two pair of glasses from R&G that are at least 8 years old and in perfect condition. If I need a tweak they are happy to do it for free. I will only buy my frames from R&G.“
