Warby Parker Fourth St. offers a wide selection of high-quality prescription glasses starting at $95, as well as sunglasses, progressives, and contact lenses, including their own brand, Scout. Customers can expect friendly advisors and experienced optometrists who are dedicated to helping them find the perfect pair. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, providing a positive buying experience. Many reviews mention the friendly and fast service, with staff making the process easy and enjoyable. Some customers have experienced issues with glasses, but Warby Parker has been thorough in resolving problems through additional eye exams, lens remakes, and follow-up visits. However, the post-selling experience may involve longer wait times for adjustments, as there is only one optician at this location. Overall, the store is known for professional service and a customer-focused approach.
I felt taken care of when making my decision for frames. I am someone who has to take my time and find the right pair but I was given a lot of support and opinions when looking for the perfect frames! I didn’t catch her name but she just moved to the bay from LA and she really helped me find exactly what I was looking for while giving me space to make a choice. Thank you!!!
I had a great experience today. I went in and was helped right away and the rep helped me select a new pair of frames. I also had to get an adjustment to my current glasses and it was done quickly.
I had such a great experience at Warby Parker! Everyone was professional, courteous, and made the entire process feel incredibly organized and seamless. I really appreciated how everyone had a role and guided me through each step—from checking in and getting my imaging done, to sitting down with the optometrist, and finally picking out my glasses. Everything flowed so smoothly, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team for making it such an easy and pleasant experience!
