Mimi knew what color each frame came in and where on the shelf they all were located and she was helpful with narrowing down my choices and providing the right fit. Tyler helped me to adjust an old pair of WP glasses that I still love and wear, and both staff were friendly and helpful.
Karen and her colleagues are such a great team: concerned, kind, knowledgeable, patient, fun, and supportive. They are all very stylish and are happy to weigh in on options. Karen also is smart -- she gave me a little mini lesson with a hand drawn diagram on how astigmatism and progressives work. That's not an easy concept to convey in a few minutes.
