When your being treated as a valued customer with quality care and product you receive you will be a lifetime customer to. Happy even to stop by when your in the area. I rarely write 5-star reviews but this establishment deserves one, in full. Not only is their customer service superb (plenty of staff, all friendly and eager to help; if glasses don't suit, they'll make you another pair at no charge), but also, and more important, their skill with frame adjustment is unparalleled, bordering on the magical. I've now had two prescriptions filled here, each to perfection. One was for a set of vintage frames that I bought on eBay, so they fit me quite badly, even thought the measurements on the frame matched my sizes. I and my family have been patients of the Drs. Hiura since the 70s. Started with the Father, moved to the Son, Dr. Ron and now am with the Grandson Dr. Chris. They all have been kind, considerate and have taken great care of my eyes. I always recommend them to my friends and everyone loves my always stylish frames. I remember I had an obsession with Emmanuelle Khan frames in the late 80s and 90s and Dr. Ron would special order them for me. Yes I still have them.
