Dr reassured me that this is not true and if I wanted to use them it would be fine. I appreciated her honestly. Plenty of choices on frames and they worked with my budget. As others have said Spark Optometry is within the Walnut Creek Target.“

“My wife and I brought our two sons into Insight Optometry. We were all seen by Dr. Doherty. He was great to work with. He has a great disposition. Throughout the exam he explained the various tests and screenings. Our sons who are 12 and 14yo don't love going to see the doctor enjoy Dr. Doherty. He has great rapport with kids who aren't that interested in conversations with anyone other than their peers. We will be Insight Vision patients as long as we live in WC. If you are looking for a local great family owned optometry practice then you should give them a shot.“

“Very professional office. I know what I'm talking about as a retired Chiropractor. Dr Rosner was very personable, knowledgeable and spent quality time with my exam. His staff was respectful and courteous. Chandra helped me pick out a new pair of glasses. She spent quite a long time with me helping to choose the perfect pair. She let me FaceTime my wife to help me choose. Never felt rushed. She even brought over John the business manager to get a man's perspective of my glasses. She tripled checked the measurements and had John confirmed. . She made sure the glasses fit my face properly and would be comfortable. She did not try to up sell me on anything. She listened what I wanted. . She explained my insurance and my out of pocket cost. It was a pleasurable visit. Thank you all“

I truly appreciate the excellent service he provided and he made my visit great!I had the pleasure of having Aastha handle my eye testing before seeing the doctor and she assisted me with locating new frames. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly. I appreciate the time she spent with me considering I have a hard time making decisions but she was able to guide me. She was pleasant to interact with and very kind. She even fixed my current glasses that were lose for free!Overall my first experience with LensCrafters was wonderful and I'll definitely be back!! “Dr. Mock helped me understand my frustrations with my vision better than any other doctor I've seen. From my perspective, having a giant swirly mass floating in my field of vision drives me nuts and has ruined my ability to ski (drama!). Every other doctor I've seen has blown me off as it's "no big deal." Dr. Mock explained to me in a "a patient first" way why I have to live with my first world problem. Other doctors have left me frustrated with the sense that I'm too stupid to understand why my problem can't be fixed. He is a very good doctor.“
“The optometrist was very skilled and knowledgeable (and friendly!), answering questions I had and making sure I understood various issues. I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 hours of consulting the schedule online. The store was what looks like a converted small house and was very comfortable and classy. The selection of frames was just right and the in-store assistance was very helpful as well. Perhaps the only issue is whether it will take standard shipping at 7-10 days to reach my house or whether that is just a very conservative number.“
“These people don't make mistakes. Since 2015 I have used "Site For Sore Eyes" because I needed sunglasses immediately and was very pleased with the service I received. The company has beautiful selections such as "Police"! Something different to cut things short! Site For Sore Eyes is honest people. I don't know if I want to see without glasses and if you are in need too, don't give up if this is your first time go around. I have enjoyed getting good customer service in downtown Walnut Creek!“
