Really enjoyed my eye visit today. Dr J is such a fun person and made my appointment enjoyable. I feel like I am in good hands, and I will finally get the correct prescription for my vision! Highly recommend.
I love this place. Everyone is really nice and super efficient. The optometrist is very friendly and good at his job. Got my contacts mailed to me quickly. Received a thank you note from the staff after.
Dr Hansson is a wonderful practitioner with great "bed side manner" The two stars remain for him. The absence of additional starts pertains to on of his associates. She's unpleasant and comes can be annoying. This last round with her involves a request for an appointment via their website that went unanswered for a week. When I called i got "we're booked for the entire month, with no options given , including when was the first opening . Her demeanor in the context of the rest of the office stands out like a pink dress at a funeral.Thanks for your response. I have amended the rating based on your prompt response.
