I had eye exam and things went very smoothly. I had a pleasant experience with Marc who did an excellent job in helping me pick out glasses and lens and explain the different types of glasses. Very helpful
Dr Chen provided my mom an exceptional eye exam experience; he was thorough, patient, patient-centered, and knowledgeable. I also have to give a kudos to Brian and Mark, two members of Dr Chen’s team. They were both equally exceptional. Brian was kind, engaging and very patient as well. Just an overall great experience beyond what I expected.
i've been coming here for years. for this last visit, the wait time was reasonable. the staff were friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. dr. chen was thorough with the eye exam. the office is just a tad outdated.
