Second visit here. Dr. Juang is very thorough and efficient, without giving you the feeling that she's trying to rush you out. She answered my questions and even stood with me to look out at the main store to check what I preferred for my really far distance vision.

Dylan the optician is very friendly and no pressure. He tried to help me find the right frames, but while there's a decent selection of brands in the store, I couldn't find any that I liked or that fit my face shape very well. (Blame the manufacturers and their attempts to set/follow trends.) Maybe I'll go back to look at sunglasses...there were quite a few of those to choose from.

Thorough exam from a competent and friendly person. She's always available to answer all my questions and carefully considers my history and lifestyle when making recommendations during the exam.

The owner / Optometrist did an outstanding job job helping to decipher why I have, of late, struggled to get a script that I could see well with.

It was so frustrating I even resorted to using a very old script rather than getting updated lenses. And used that pair til they were full of scratches!

She did a lot of creative problem solving tweaking this and that, as well as providing pragmatic reminders of best practices with the type of lenses I use. I feel hopeful I will soon have glasses that work great!

She also did a great job explaining tests and their results illuminating things I hadn’t known that felt helpful.
